Over the past year and combined with previous years ANB has been steadily improving. They called me the other day to inform me that my card was coming in the mail and they have never done that. I think also that when I’m in the negative and I receive money via a mobile transfer it is faster. The only thing they have left to improve is their atm. I know you can either withdraw money or deposit money from their atm but it’s not both.

Opened a savings account here six years ago. The bank recently revised their policies and my account was below the minimum requirement to waive account service fees ($5/month). I went in as soon as I saw that my account was incurring fees, inquired and attempted to bring the account up to standard, but the bank was only willing to waive one of the two service charges that I incurred. Apparently they desperately NEED my $5. I realize that $5 is not a lot of money... which is exactly my point. Why provide such poor customer service over a newly-instated $5 fee? Instead of working with their customers, this bank chooses to employ hostile and predatory practices against them. I closed my account. Terrible experience.

Good bank and all. But the drive threw isn't even open on Saturdays. Which is a very big issue for me. I only have Saturdays off from work and I don't get off on time to get there before they close.

Deana Hermanson (the vice president of this branch) is not only incompetent but all dishonest. I'll spare you the detail but suffice it to say If you can avoid doing ANY business with her or this bank I would highly recommend it.

I love that when you need to get a hold of someone at this bank, you can call the direct number at ANB Bank Glenwood Springs and get a hold of someone immediately. There are no automated phone trees to "redirect" you and it doesn't take 15 minutes to actually get a hold of someone.

Have submitted to sign up for online access 5 times now, still nothing. After talking with the bank on multiple occasions, they are VERY good at trying to sell me more stuff at high cost to me (accounts and whatnot I currently get for free with Alpine Bank), but they can't seem to get the simplest of tasks completed. No online access, no card for my HSA account, nothing I ask for ever happens. I use ANB for my HSA only through my employer, if I ever get another employer, I will NEVER use ANB again.

My husband and I have been banking at ANB for years. We have experienced nothing but excellent customer service, knowledgeable professionals and a welcoming environment. ANB has managed both our personal and business accounts, as well as financing the construction loan for our home. I truly cannot say enough good about the Glenwood Springs branch of ANB bank.

I honestly do even know where to start. The communication of this bank is terrible. I called to see they can please pay a charge that was going through my account and I will pay at a later date. Julia who is a teller said that they already paid it and I do not have to worry. I log on to my account several days later and they returned the charge. On another occasion, they tried to charge me for unauthorized expenses on my account. Someone got a hold of my account number and charged $500 from a car loan I have never heard of. When I found out about this issue I immediately rushed to the bank to clarify everything. A banker named Gema said not to worry she will simply return the charge and not charge me a fee. I asked her if this charge was going to keep coming through each month and she said no. For the next three months the charge kept going through!! It would take them several days to reverse the charge and refund my money! The bank obviously can care less about your financial concerns. In all honesty save your time and money. This bank is another Wells Fargo just not as big. Three words to discribe this bank: Unprofessional, untrustworthy and unscrupulous.
