I've had great experience getting my older model Audi repaired here. Lots of communication before, during and after repair and they have a nice area to wait. They also wash your car before you leave! Would recommend!

Working with Rob Strovis was great! This was my 2nd purchase with Rob and he made the process seamless and easy. And I HATE buying cars or trading them in! I wanted to A6 Audi Allroad which is hard to get but Rob was able to get me the exact car I wanted, inside and out, and delivered it a month early to me! I love my A6 allroad and highly recommend Rob and Glenwood Audi!

On 11/18/2023 we purchased a 2022 Q5 Hybrid. Rob, our salesperson, was very good at explaining all the features and even though he was dealing with more than one person at the same time he did a great job. We just wish the rest of our experience was as good.Our troubles started first with trying to set up MyAudi. Rob was helping but, in the end, we gave up as we could never get it to work. We have tried multiple times to no avail. Then we got a call that the wrong temp tag was put on our car. Apparently, we got someone else’s. We were emailed a new one.We were due to return to the dealership with our cashiers check to pay for the car, however a snow and ice storm was happening and driving from Grand Junction was not an option for us. However, it was so important that the check was delivered that day, that the dealership sent a driver to pick it up.Now it is approaching 60 days since all this has happened and our temp tags are getting ready to expire. We called to find out when we would be getting our paperwork to register our car only to find out that it has not been processed yet. This is not the first time we called regarding this and have been getting the very same answer. We are very disappointed with the after sale customer service.We only hope that the this dealership is as interested in providing great customer service and remedies our issues as it was in getting our money.UPDATEOn Friday January 5th we got in contact with the Kelly Hooper the General Manager of Glenwood Audi and are waiting for him to resolve our issues.UPDATE 2After talking with Kelly Hooper and him telling us he'd get back with us right away, he never did and all additional calls and emails to Kelly Hooper went unanswered. we finally found a sales person at Glenwood Audi that helped us and 53 days after paying cash for our Audi we finally got our paperwork. The sales experience with Rob was great, we ordered some parts from the parts department and they were great. However the aftersales paperwork processing and the customer service response needs a lot of work. I don't know if I would purchase another car from Glenwood Audi.

I really don't understand how this dealership gets any stars to be honest I inquired about on e tron the first day the add was up it didn't have pics up yet i got told the car was available and that someone would call me back mind you I called early in the morning on Friday ready to buy, but one got back to me, so Saturday morning I called and ask to see what happened because no called me and be honest I could right way tell that this audi dealership is just playing games with customers by putting a car for sale at a low price than change the price when they see interest on it I called with different number and name and was told the was available again shady business for sure STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

Audi glenwood got us back on the road to Vegas just in time! We where stuck in Colorado in a rental after hitting a Curb and had to get home. Amber Jackson was amazing, she sent me updates every step of the way and has us back on the road! Thank you again Amber and Zack, I would bring my car back to you guys over and over.

This dealership is awful about returning calls or responding to issues. Today I learned they mis-threaded the oil cap during a routine oil change which is going to require a new oil pan. A few weeks ago I had a problem re-occur that they had fixed under warranty but now refuse to stand by their work and want to charge me thousands of dollars to redo the botched repair job. I love the car but the service here is absolutely terrible.

Jerry made it easy to come in and look at the car I was interested in. He even let me take it home for a night to make sure I really liked it, went over all the features after financing was done so I knew how to use the vehicle. As well as giving me his card in case I had any questions later down the line. So helpful and the best salesman I’ve ever had.

We have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and sales department has always been great.But if you want your vehicle serviced it feels like you aren’t even at the same place. The lack of communication and customer service in both the service department and finance is the worst I have experienced.We now take our Audi 4 hours away to Ken Garf in Utah and its a night and day difference in how we are treated.We will also get same generic response to all their bad reviews about how “general manager would like to speak to us and here is the information”

I have never seen this type of customer service. Lazy sales representative and poor management. Waited 3 days and still haven’t heard back about the car I wanted to buy.Left messages with sales floor, manager, and general manager and they have never returned call.They were too interested in going home that night, instead of finishing the sale, and they promised they would get back to us the next morning. Now it’s 3 Buisness days later and we still haven’t heard anything.Best bet is to buy from Audi in Denver or in Junction if you want to get treated like a valuable customer.

I had a great experience buying my Audi, and overall, I'm enjoying my new car. After some initial problems with Audi Roadside Assistance, the folks at the dealership have been very supportive and it feels good to know I can reach out directly to them when I need help with my car. After 6 business days of going back and forth with their associate, attempted to visit the day after my first contact the salesman could not have been slower to respond. Reached back Friday and Saturday place a deposit on the vehicle as I was traveling. After realizing the salesperson did not want the sale, i reached out to the main office and spoke to someone saying vehicle was on the lot. I was heading there directly from a flight (DIA) an told them I would head straight there. While just 1 hour away I was texted that the vehicle had sold. Again tried to purchase a week prior and place deposits twice, ultimately turned down 2 other vehicles at different much more responsive dealers which now have sold leading me back to start my search again. No one loves car shopping and the team here made me despise the process I am going through.
