I cannot praise the staff at Roaring Fork Range Rover enough. I traveled from California to Glenwood Springs, Colorado, for work and planned to be in town for just four days. On day one, the suspension on my 2016 Range Rover gave out — even though it had just been replaced at my dealership in Santa Barbara. I was completely stuck!
Eric in the service department informed me that they were booked for three weeks but promised to get to my car as soon as possible. Not only did they diagnose the problem within three days, but they also discovered that in addition to the suspension, my struts were shot. I agreed to have everything fixed.
The suspension was covered under factory warranty, and Eric called me every day with updates on the status of the parts and repairs. He also advised me not to drive back to California until the struts were replaced — advice that showed true care for my safety.
Even though it was stressful being stuck far from home with my dog, I was incredibly grateful for the caring, professional, and speedy service I received. In just ten days, my Range Rover was good as new.

“I was in the area on vacation driving my brothers’ Audi. Weirdly, as I got on the interstate in Glenwood Springs the whole sun roof cracked into a million pieces and flew off. I got off at next exit and like a timely gift we saw the sign for Specialist Auto Body Repair at the end of the ramp. We pulled in and talked with Fernando and his team. Very professional and helpful and understood what was needed. They looked into ordering a new part and when the timing wasn’t going to work for me , they took it in the bay, vacuumed , taped the remaining glass edge and fashioned and affixed a cover so I could continue my journey. The patch held great till I could get the car back to Steamboat! I was grateful for their attention to detail and generous care of my issue for only $37!”
“The BEST experience I have had at an off road shop! They fixed my problem child JKU so many other shops have touched and "fixed" but didn't. I had no clue how bad it was until I picked up my jeep from Lyft and could tell and feel the difference!My 2013 Jeep JKU has been used and abused. It has driven the backroads from Hurricane, UT to San Jose del Cabo, Baja, 4 times for the NORRA Mexican 1000 on race course used as a recovery and SWEEP vehicle. It's been put through its paces. The long arm kit needed new bushings before I drove from Utah, where I live, to Colorado to visit family. I took it to a well known shop in Utah to swap shocks and do a suspension check. They said it should be fine for the drive across the San Rafael Swell to Grand Junction and back. By the time I got to Green River, UT, I was white knuckling the steering wheel. The Jeep was all over the road. New shocks the previous shop installed were the only thing keeping it somewhat drivable. All the new bushings in the long arm kit were shot which would cause the jeep to jump from lane to lane at the smallest bump. I called Lyft because I knew I needed some place that knew what to look for and a place I could trust that my Jeep wouldn't come back to me as a death trap to drive. I had wheeled with them at Rock Junction, and were always helpful on the trail. All good signs in my opinion.The diagnosis on my jeep was it basically needed a new suspension. The original one on it was an OG from 2013, and their updated long arms were way better than the OG style - which I knew from reading several reviews about them. On top of that, Lyft found several other items that previous shops had "fixed" that were absolutely incorrect, which explained why the thing drove like a squirrel with shiny objects - it was all over the road.Lyft gave me a quote - which was extremely fair considering they were going to have to put almost an entire new lift kit on my Jeep - and then some - they found the caster to be off, driveshaft was toast on the front, and so much more once they got into it.When I picked up my jeep I was apprehensive I was going to have another white knuckle driving experience back to Grand Junction. It was the exact opposite! My jeep drove amazing! I could even drive with just one hand on the wheel down I-70, which I haven't been able to do in years! It tracks straight, it doesn't have the driveshaft vibe, I wasn't all over the road anymore!!! I could go the speed limit, which hasn't been a thing in years!Thank you Lyft OffRoad for making my Jeep drivable again! It is like it is a new Jeep!”

“I’m genuinely grateful for this Honda Service Department and wanted to leave an updated review after a very long and sometimes rocky journey with my 2024 CRV.
Almost a year ago I rolled in with severe, intermittent warranty issues on a vehicle I’d purchased at another dealership. The problems were complex, parts were on national backorder for what seemed like 2 months, loaner car situations got messy, and there were definitely moments where communication and transparency felt lacking. At one point I was seriously researching Lemon Law buyback because I rely so heavily on this SUV and the uncertainty was exhausting.
Through it all, the service team (especially Sergio, Jill, Daniel, their Techs and service manager Teri) stuck with me. They advocated with Honda corporate when it wasn’t easy, kept hunting down answers, and even when I got frustrated and left an honest but heated survey, they didn’t get defensive. Instead, Teri reached out personally, apologized, and made it right, most recently by comping a full alignment after an earlier “quick check” left me doubting whether it had actually been done properly.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it: the process was longer and more frustrating than anyone would want. But the way this department handled the frustration, owned the missteps, and ultimately went out of their way to take care of me turned a nearly lost customer into someone who will now happily drive out of my way to give them my business.
If you’re dealing with a tough warranty or repair situation, this is a service team that will fight for you, even when corporate may make it hard, and they’ll make it right if they drop the ball.
