“Carpet one has been greatly helpful. I’m currently patching carpet in my master bedroom and had lots of questions about repair procedures etc. Leigha at the front desk, was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I’m now all set with supplies and ready for some home improvement!”
“Couldn’t recommend a better company for your carpeting needs! Reached out to Steven’s Carpet One wanting to get my old carpet replaced and they sent John out to show us some samples. The samples he brought were quite what we were looking for so we called back and asked for a different type and he came back out to show us those samples. We ended up picking one out and ordered carpet and had it installed in less than 3 weeks start to finish! The installers did a fabulous job and we were left extremely pleased!”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris was very helpful in the store and quick to respond to my follow-up emails. Leo and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job installing, and fast too. Additionally, their estimate came in significantly lower than competitors. Will definitely use again for any future flooring needs.”
