It’s been almost 3 months that I’ve been waiting for my debit card and every single time I go to the bank they don’t say sorry they just mail me another but it never arrives even tho I go and tell them my address over and over again and when I paid them to have it delivered to the bank they said it was delivered to my house instead! Then why take money if it was gonna be send back to my house? And still hasn’t arrived oh and they won’t update me on anything! Going to a different bank now because this is ridiculous

I know different people have different experiences with service businesses - but that being said - I have always had the best, most positive and helpful service from the Glenwood Springs branch of Community Banks of Colorado! Although there has been frequent employee turnover over the years, I have still managed to always be amazed at their support for "the little guys" (as I am certainly not a millionaire client)! Currently, both Suzie and Adrian have been wonderful and prompt with all my requests for service. And believe me when I say that I am in the bank and need help frequently! Thanks especially to Suzie for keeping my accounts straight!

Used to be good but the last 1 or 2 yrs. Service has gone to the toilet they keep hiring bad people and charging you even more money, I went las year to ask them to set up my account in a way that when it goes to 0 my debit doesn't work and it finally did in so many years and now they've charging me 3 overdraft fees

Called their customer service center to inquire about a monthly service charge. No longer do they have free checking for accounts with less than $800, and while I have multiple accounts, this one I do not want to keep much of a balance in. They wouldn't consider the total amount in the bank and were unwilling to waive the $8/month fee. I said to them that it's always a hassle to change banks, but since their branch in my town closed and it wasn't really convenient to use them anymore I will find a closer bank that has free checking unless they can waive the fee. At that point the customer "service" rep told me to have a good weekend and hung up on me. They seriously would rather I went to another bank than waive a fee, AND he hung up on me. I'm guessing he hears a lot of people complaining.

5 years ago it was OK, now it's a joke I've had loans and accounts with them prior now I have closed and so is my wife. Staff is absolutely not helpful or seem they even care. Shame because even Junction branch people are miserable and rude. Way to many choices out there to actually choose to bank here.

Thieves!!!! They'll take your money and then keep charging you more after stealing from you! Hopefully these scum bags will be shut down for good. And soon.

I've been a customer since 1997 and I have 2 business accounts and 1 personal account. A lot of their employees over the years have been everything from ok to amazing. The amount of turn over in their employees is not great and it is hard to develop a good working relationship with any one person because they are out the door before you know it. I just spent the last 1.5 hrs. on the phone with their customer service trying to log on to my account. After fixing one of the two problems I was having they put me on hold (without telling me) and never came back on the phone. Even after insisting she write my number down incase we became disconnected no call back. Thanks Jae. (that is how she spelled it) So now I'm on hold again (only 15 minutes in) so I thought I'd spend this extra time while I wait to write a review. All that being said my BIGGEST problem is that their online banking has had problems syncing with QuickBooks. If they are unable to fix this soon I'll be leaving for Wells Fargo or Alpine Bank soon and they will lose an almost 20 year customer. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because of the nice lady, who's name I'm embarrassed to say I can't recall right now, who has helped me with a couple of wire transfers before and was super nice and helpful.

Shout out to Community Bank of Colorado (Glenwood Springs) and to Cindy Pope, Banking Center Manager. Cindy provided a notary service. She went above and beyond to help us and was professional and gracious. I'm sure she and her staff carry that to their other areas of banking service as well!
