I had such a great customer service experience at this Verizon store. Alia was such a helpful and friendly person , I was anxious about getting my phone upgraded and getting all of my stuff transferred but she made the process so easy.

The service was terrible. The first time I went in, I was told to go to the Verizon near City Market because the person I was dealing with said she was new and didn't know how to do what I was requesting. Then when my husband went in, they couldn't figure out how to deal with his new phone and sent him away and said to come back the next day when someone would be able to help!

Drove 24 miles round trip to upgrade from an old style clamshell cell phone to a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S10. This was my 1st smart phone and didn't know much about it. Staff guy transferred my contacts successfully. I asked "Am I good to go then?" He answered 'yes.' Got home and figured out that I needed a SIM card for the phone to be activated and to work. The staff guy never mentioned a SIM card or that the phone still needed to be activated. Drove another 24 mile round trip to get the SIM card and to activate the phone. Was told they did not have the necessary SIM card. I thought the staff guy should have gone the extra mile to make sure my phone was ready to go, but he didn't. Very UN-PRO in my opinion.The store had a large framed mission statement sort of thing on the wall which boasted how great they were, how professional they were and how their customers were so happy. They should take that plaque off the all, it's a lie. And I will be sending them a bill for the gasoline I burned on the unnecessary 2nd trip. I give them ZERO stars and will never return to them for anything. A huge waste of my time. They're incompetent and useless. ZERO STARS!

The Guy Committed FRAUD he signed the agreements himself without us finalizing anything. He got us charged with a new phone but we have no new phone. That is very Unprofessional and illegal going to be looking for legal advise totally unacceptable. Avoid this store very Shady

I went in to get a new phone and Carlos just killed it with his great customer service what a guy that's what all the business's need people like Carlos, that no matter if is late in the afternoon no matter if he had a good or bad day witch of course I didn't know he just showed his great Profesional and great attitude. God bless him ?

The best experience I've ever had with verizon. Although they did not have the phone I wanted in stock they were able to direct me to a place that did. Friendly, polite, explained things simply without fluff. When I explained my needs they didn't BS me and that was extremely appreciated. They did offer me products I wasn't interested in but they respected that and didn't try to shove a phone down my throat. I was only passing through but if I was residing nearby I'd drive out of my way just to have that experience again. Thank you.
