This store is absolutely a life saver. Not only did they take care of my grand father for many years and his hotwater heater needs. But they are now taking care of me, Camille went above an beyond to find a solution that suited my needs. Not only did she get the correct parts first go around and have them delivered earlier than expected in the day. She found my warranty on my unit and made sure to take care of all the paperwork involved without hesitation. And all this during Christmas and snow storms thanks guys rock.

The folks at Ferguson were extremely helpful when my water heater failed. I highly recommend them.

This company states they are open till 5 pm but we have called over 5 times and it is only 3:45 pm and they still don't answer- I guess we will resort to Ferguson in Grand Junction where they actually answer their phone.
