Honest and professional work you can trust. I came in to have my FJ Cruiser inspected before a long road trip and I am glad that I did. It has been great to find a go-to auto shop in the roaring fork valley to service my BMW x1. Patrick replaced both front and back breaks as well as replaced the battery in my car. He was able to schedule and service the vehicle quickly on two separate occasions. He even delivered my key fob to my house when it was not left in the car for my pick up. Definitely recommend high line for a trusted BMW repair in the valley.

Patrick was extremely helpful. We had car problems on a visit from out of town and Patrick was willing to help despite calling an hour before the shop closed and before a holiday weekend. He had me bring in my vehicle, did an inspection, checked the codes and ensured we were safe to drive home. I appreciate him and the time he gave us. I would absolutely recommend him for his great service and attention.

Brought my vehicle in because it had shut off and wouldn't restart - Highline had the vehicle for 6+ months and diagnosed as a Body Control Module. I had the vehicle towed for a second opinion. It needed a battery, alternator and a resync of systems.

Been trying to get a hold of Highline Autoworks multiple times for multiple issues over the past few months. Haven’t been able to get through via phone, email or in person. Hard to rate quality, but as far as scheduling an appointment... very difficult and doesn’t seem very germane to them.
