“Kenyon D assisted me today. I went in visibly flustered because I had attempted to work with xfinity phone customer service (2 hours with them on the phone) in regards to a new router that was mailed to me and was not working...and even though they were nice they could not fix my issue. I decided to make the hour long drive to the xfinity office in Glenwood Springs fully expecting to spend minimum an hour there to get everything sorted out. Kenyon saw me walk in with the broken (new) router, asked me direct questions, looked my account up and I was out the door in 10 minutes maybe less. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, he knows his stuff.
