“I needed to get a new phone yesterday because my old one was damaged and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! I didn't catch his name but he appeared to be training two newer employees and he was doing amazing. Even with how busy the store got, I felt attended to every step of the way. Watching him handle all of the different groups that came into the store, he seemed cool, calm, and collected. Very friendly and helpful.”

“I can’t recommend this company enough. The customer service is top tier and they have consistently taken care of me as a customer. If you’re sick of the mega corps that will happily fine&fee you into oblivion, consider switching to Pathfinder. Beyond the excellent customer service, the actual Internet service is very reliable. I’ve never had an outage or issue staying connected during heavy bandwidth use. And that’s from a house located up the Crystal River and out of cell service. 10/10!!”
