Biggest place anywhere near here, but otherwise only passable. They always seem to be missing one thing I'm looking for, whether there's just a huge hole where product should be, or just important pieces they don't bother to have at all. Couple that with a severe lack of people in any department and its really frustrating having to shop here sometimes. I'm actually surprised I'm giving it 3 stars, but 2 seems a bit harsh so here we are.

Overall price was high, buy lines has a great selection with plenty of options. They also carry lots of gardening equipment. Just didn't see any propagation mats.

You can never beat Lowe's prices, besides love the fact that they support us, military and vets. Great quality products and reasonable prices.

Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse appliance delivery service. Zero installation even though it was paid for. And the worst part is not getting a rebate on a $6000 appliance purchase. The rebate is a classic bait snd switch situation.Everything that could have gone wrong is still going wrong. No stove, no trim kit, no installation, no rebate. And my project is behind schedule and I’m stressed out. What ever you do, DO NOT buy appliances from LOWES, they are absolutely horrible and I regret doing business with them.

Due to recent renovations I frequent this store more times than most would prefer, sometimes 4-6 times a week when necessary. The items I need are always listed as in store but somehow never available, shelves are rarely stocked, and good luck finding an employee to help you. I have personally waited 40 minutes at one point for an employee to help retrieve an item in overstock on the third shelf up after flaging an employee down to announce over the intercom, for the entire store to hear, that we needed assistance in the aisle number I was waiting in. It took so long I had to grab something long enough and slowly poke the item over the edge of the shelf, dropping it down to myself.If it weren't my only option for home improvement items besides going to Avon or Grand Junction to shop at Home Depot, I personally would not shop here, especially with the extra 10% tax imposed by the shopping mall itself.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a washer and dryer from them to be delivered. I live a mile away. Simple enough I would think. One day before scheduled delivery I got an email saying both were back ordered and won’t be delivered until December 9 (two months later). I was upset but gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered a different combo as I had just purchased a house and NEEDED to be able to wash stuff. On the day of scheduled delivery I got an email saying not only the dryer had been delivered (no dryer) but that the washer was back ordered for another month. I have since spent HOURS on the phone talking to a number of people trying to get refunded for now two sets of washers and dryers. 6 thousand dollars later I am still working on it. Needless to say I am getting a set from somewhere else. It has been a nightmare. Incompetent people who could seriously care less. I will not even buy a simple screwdriver from there. I will drive over an hour to go to Home Depot instead.Side note: I found out that when they say “estimated delivery date”. It is literally a date made up by the manager.

I needed Vinyl gutter hangers. I live 50 miles awayI called to make sure they had the partsI was told they had 69 of themGot there and it took me 10 minutes to find help. After 10 or 15 minutes of looking none to be found. Customer service said 'sometimes their inventory was wrong and the would update it". Big help to me. 100 miles round & $16 in gas, no partsHope this is my last trip to this store

I needed some Vinyl gutter hangers. I live 50 miles from the Glenwood store so I called to make sure they had them in stock. I was told they have 69 in stock. I arrived at the store after about 10 minutes I find someone to help me. We look for maybe 10 - 15 minutes. No hangers. I stop at Customer Service(?). I'm told that sometime their inventory is wrong and they will update it. Big help to me. 100 miles round trip and $16 of gas later, no hangers. Hope it's my last time at this Lowe's store. Now that lowes is all self checkout the employees are to stupid to figure out what a purchase order is so I have to pay for parts out of my own pocket when the company I work for is trying to pay for it. Ridiculous that they can't have a pro desk for these situations and the employees walk right past you rather than be there for help they are there to count steps. I prefer not to come back here.

Lowes delivery service in Glenwood Springs Colorado has a terrible service. I bought a dishwasher a month ago and they keep changing my delivery date. No one knows what is happening. This is unbelievable!

I spoke to this location's customer service representative by phone to confirm they had a product I was looking for. They said they did, plenty of QOH, for half the price of any store in Aspen. So, I drove an hour in traffic from Aspen only to find they were completely out of stock. In the time I wasted coming here, my only other option today has closed. Unacceptable misrepresentation.

Lowe's Installation Services is attempting to charge me another almost $1000, before any work has begun, for a signed and paid for contract. I signed a contract to replace four windows and install window casing, which was noted in both the materials and labor sections. I get a call a few weeks later informing me that THEY made a mistake in labor calculations and I had to pay an extra almost $1000 or pay a 20% re-stock fee and cancel. Seriously. Worked with the local Lowe's and they said they'd cancel and not charge me the 20%, however they are refusing to honor the contract.This Lowe's does have a lot of great employees and I believe this was an honest mistake, however Lowe's Corporate needs to give the local team the ability to fix mistakes like this and this Lowe's needs more employees. The folks I worked with (Windows & Doors, Store Manager, Installation Service) locally are all very nice and professional, however didn't have the discretion to fix this.I would not recommend Lowe's Installation based off of the experience to date. I've now requested arbitration and we haven't even started install yet :(

Lowe's Glenwood Springs, NEVER ever again! Horrible service, one hand does not know what the other is doing. ARS Colorado, their installation company is a joke. I spent weeks and approximately 10 phone calls arranging a quote for the purchase and installation of a new water heater. The last straw was, I (the owner) had to meet to meet a technician personally at the townhome for them to review what was needed. I began driving the 4 hour drive to meet the technician calling 2 hours into the drive to verify the appointment. Yes, it was confirmed. At 6:00PM the beginning of the 2 hour window to meet them, waiting at the site, I get a call that they were not coming.I actually would not even rate them a 1.SK

I ordered a refrigerator on June 5th, 2023 to be delivered a week later. Originally that order got bumped to July 6th (one month, no fridge) now that has been pushed to October 19th, meaning 4 1/2 months of no fridge.I have called the store a dozen times, never being able to speak to anyone in the appliance department, to try and seek a replacement or resolution. An absolute embarrassment of a business, a den of ineptitude. Shame on you Lowe’s, if you offer delivery for the RF Valley, and advertise you have something in stock to be delivered in days, it should not take until October 17th. Furthermore, I was informed of this October date on July 6th, one month after placing initial order.
