“Long time local who bought an FJ from Bighorn a while back. FJ is aging and toying with the idea of a Forester or a Rav4. Drove 45 minutes to test drive both. Bernadette came out to the lot shortly after I got there. Had been hiking and not dressed the best so didn't know what kind of service I'd get. She was awesome. Super friendly. Gave me the lowdown on the Forester and went for a quick test drive. Good conversation and some great info. Didn't get the same service at bighorn unfortunately.
