The atm took my money and did not process, now I have to wait 40 business days for my money back? And I’m still getting charged over draft fees ? It’s not my fault thier machine broke and now I’m paying for it?

I was standing in the wait here box for 6 minutes waiting while I watched two tellers talking and ignoring me. I had to get their attention by making noise and waving. This was 3:00pm in the afternoon, There was no one else in line. This was very disconcerting.

This bank is totally worthless they close early and never pick up phones.I sold my lawn care equipment to one of their longtime commercial customers and yesterday we both drove 2 hours to meet halfway and they totally left us hanging I noticed how frustrated he was trying to call the branch and then worthless customer service number and they just didn't care, I had to drive home with out equipment and with out assurance that the transfer will come through, luckily equipment buyer is a honest hard working man, and seems like everything will work but whenever us bank wants tho.I'l update on this soo as I receive paymentUPDETE: we still haven't resolved due to unprofessionalism with this us bank I have received and sent a many wire transfers with my credit union and my credit union shows so much professionalism that I don't have to do much they take care of it but us bank is a real pain they call the owner of the account several times for information and also called me for full name, full SSN, address, reason for the wire transfer, bill of sale etc.... very strict against customers but workers sounds very relaxed and careless

Worst service. Went in for help and ended up getting my card deleted at the grocery store after getting their "help".Can get ahold of anyone on the phone there to save my live.These people are inconsiderate and rude.

This bank never has consistent hours their door says drive through is open until 5:00 but then it's actually closed at 4:00 I think it's almost time for me to change Banks at this point cuz it's always something going on with this Bank that I can never do business during the times I am able to do business at. I don't know how the 9 to 5 can even do business here at all. And no I don't need the company to reach out to me a say well there is online banking, apps and even the atm at the door. Everything I need to do a machine can not do.

The bank location closes too early. The El Jebel location has closed and it's impossible to make it to the Glenwood branch before 4PM.

Line is super long in the drive-through! Should hire more personal. Something is always wrong either only one lane out of two is open or internet is out. Needs improvements!!

Second drive through lane has been out of commission for a month now. We all have to wait in one drive through lane for over 20 mins, everytime! Very inconvenient. Shopping for a new bank while I sit here in line.

Bank or scammers I have my phone set up with them and they are supposed to send me text alerts which they never sent now I just ended up paying 200 in overdraft fees and they didn't even try to fix the problem with me not getting alerts I just feel used and scammed, I don't understand how they can charge me when they are at fault with there hokey pokey BS phone system

If you have any other options for your financial banking needs choose it! Most un-helpful, customer service I've ever experienced at a bank in the US. Counter teller was rude, unkind, and in no way conveyed she valued me as a customer. I felt like I was annoying her and wasting her time. I've never experienced such poor customer service at any bank in the United States as I experienced today 12/5, 3pm. I hope her supervisor sees this review and it is brought to her attention to treat customers in a kind, courteous and valued manner. This is unacceptable for a company to hire people who treat their customers in such a way. I will never use a US bank for any financial purposes in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone.
