Mrs Borich went above and beyond to help me with an online banking issue that's outside her typical scope of work! Thank you for being so helpful!

My recent encounters with Wells Fargo Bank, particularly at the Glenwood Springs branche, have regrettably left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. While I acknowledge the presence of friendly and patient personnel at the front desk, my overall experience with the bank's representatives over the phone and certain operational aspects have been far from satisfactory.During my interactions with the bank's representatives over the phone, I was disheartened to find a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for customer concerns. Instead of actively listening and addressing my inquiries, I felt as though I was being treated dismissively, with a condescending attitude that implied a presumption of incompetence on my part. It is crucial for representatives to understand that respectful and empathetic communication is essential in fostering positive customer experiences.Furthermore, one of the glaring issues I encountered was the inadequate number of tellers available at the branch. With only two tellers to cater to the needs of a considerable customer base, the inevitable result was excessively long wait times. What should have been a brief transaction turned into an hour-long ordeal, significantly inconveniencing customers and hindering their ability to efficiently conduct their banking activities. It is imperative for a bank of Wells Fargo's stature to prioritize sufficient staffing levels to ensure a smooth and expedient customer experience. In light of these experiences, I believe it is essential for Wells Fargo Bank to address the issues of professionalism and operational inefficiencies that exist within their branch. Encouraging ethical behavior and respectful communication among representatives would foster a more positive and customer-centric environment. Similarly, investing in additional tellers or streamlining operational processes could alleviate the lengthy wait times and enhance customer satisfaction.Ultimately, while the pleasant demeanor of the front desk staff is worth acknowledging, I sincerely hope that Wells Fargo Bank takes these concerns seriously and undertakes measures to rectify the unprofessional conduct and operational challenges I have encountered. As a customer, I believe in the potential for improvement and trust that the bank will strive to provide a more consistent and customer-oriented experience moving forward.

Great service and wonderful people.. The ATM is conveniently located and is very seldom crowded. It would be nice to have a drive thru but, the exercises of getting out of the car and walking in is not bad. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have never had anything to complain about.

Not sure why this has such a low rating. I have been going to this bank for about a year now and the staff have been nothing but kind, friendly, and considerate. Even with the rude costumers, I have observed the staff being respectful and professional.

I'm honestly surprised how low the reviews are here. I have been going to this Wells Fargo for about a year now and everyone has been kind, friendly, and professional. Even when customers are rude I have seen staff treat EVERYONE professionally and respectfully.

Painfully slow lines. Tellers are all too chatty and hold up the line. Deposited a large amount of money in the ATM and hundreds of dollars got stuck and did not return my money. I waited 1 hour to talk to a rep. He assured me that when the machine alarms, the branch manager goes to retrieve the money. I was told 10 times, "don't worry, I promise you will get your money and it WILL be resolved tonight. That was 48 hours ago. NO CALL, NO INVESTIGATION, NO CLAIM, NO FOLLOW-UP! I had to call and ask why the bank could keep my money and no one cared to call or reach out to the customer, but if I take money from the bank it would be a 911 call??? I called today and a manager asked me if I wanted to put in a claim... of course. No go ahead and keep the 300-400 dollars, I don't need it. I was a Senior Loan Officer with WF for 5 years and have never seen such unprofessionalism and untrained customer service practices. It was not a priority nor a concern of theirs that they were keeping hundreds of dollars stuck in a machine and nobody bothered to make it a priority. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for major customer service fix. Retrain...retrain...retrain. I learned the concept of a "customer for life" from WF training. They need to re-teach this concept. Just prioritize the mistake and reach out to the customer personally. Its an old concept people.

I have always had very professional service at the Glenwood Springs Wells Fargo Branch Bank. The current bank manager Ms. N. Craig goes above and beyond to take care of customers regardless if it is a simple matter of complex unique situation. Most recently Ms. Kimberly was very helpful as a main teller.

Banked here with my business for over 3 years. The service varies to where you go.This location has a friendly manager,However the rest of the staff is utterly dissapointing.Im supposed to have overdraft protection on my account and i just got hit for over 300$ in overdraft. All the employees want to do is send you to the automated system.Cut my cards up today.I will be in tomorrow to take my business elsewhere.LAST TIME I USE WELLS FARGO.** the next dayIm especially disapointed in the staff here.Within 3 minutes if walking into the store to address this issue I was suggested the "1-800" number TWO TIMES IN 3 MINUTES.

You have to call and make an appointment , and they are always busy. So I called and left a message with my name and phone number, and I still haven't heard anything. Guess I'll try and go to another branch!!! Check your messages please!! ??

Stopped by as I had an issue and couldn’t handle it over the phone and the banker didn’t care about anything. All they stated was no matter how bad your issue is, we can only assist if you have an appointment. This is very disappointing as I have been a customer for years. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
