We have a 2018 Chevy Traverse that wasn't shifting properly. We took it into Stevenson three times and each time we would have to drop the car off for extended periods. They only have 5 loaner vehicles that are never available (first come first serve). I think I'm justified in being frustrated after having the shifter go out three times and I wanted to talk to Mark the general manager and left a message. Mark didn't call me back. I called again and got the receptionist and she wasn't being helpful. As I got frustrated she turned it into the you aren't treating me right. I just want my car fixed once and for all and I can't put up with negligent service, management that can't call people back, and all this incompetency turns receptionists into victims that don't know how to handle upset customers and have no resources to turn to when they do get an upset customer. Find a different dealer is my advice.

I came to this dealership to trade in a car to buy a truck and another vehicle. I walked around the, mostly, empty lot for about forty minutes without a single employee coming up to me. I even went inside and sand situation. After my time was up I drove across the street to Toyota and picked up a new 4Runner and Tundra. I was really looking forward to getting in a Silverado but I'm happy with my choice.

Ian should not be answering the phone. Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend taking your vehicle to them for any issues.

We had to replace a vehicle that was totaled by the flooding in Florida, so we kinda were in a hurry. My husband have been a lot of different places and looked on line and finally found what he wanted. Used, but for a decent price and Very low millage. We ended up here and we made an apt and Joshua J. had the truck waiting and ready for us to look at. While we took it for a test drive he worked up the papers for us to see if we could come to an agreement on the monthly payments. When we got back he had the first part of the papers done and ready for us. He was very pleasant to deal with, friendly, down to earth and. Wasn't overly "salesy" and wasn't just a body in the showroom. He answered our questions honestly, and was too the point. Didn't waste a lot of our time or his own. We told him what we wanted to pay, he came back and made it happen. (Like 5 mins!!) We then had to wait like 15-20 mins if that, while they got the finance papers ready. We sat in the waiting lounge area. They had a clean area, with a fridge full of drinks, and some decent snacks and a TV. Before we even had time to finish a drink we were back in the finance office filling out the rest of the paperwork. They were so fast, efficient and friendly. It might have been the best car buying experience I have ever been through. They weren't even pushy - which was so nice for a change. Over all we had a great buying experience and I would recommend them to everyone and would shops there again. Granted we purchased a FORD F-150, at a Chevy dealership, they treated us with respect and we felt welcome. Thanks!!

We just purchased 2022 Chevy Silverado from Stevinson Chevrolet!!!! Wonderful customer service. Ritch H. Emailed with me for a week helping figure out what truck might work best for us. Very patient, answering tons of questions and never pushy. Went to look, Ritch H. and Henry showed us several trucks reviewing differences, cost, and again answering a ton of questions. After we left the lot, we went to look at one other place and we knew that we were happier working with Rich & Henry and happier with what we could get by buying another Chevy. Needed a good used car after my 2003 4-Runner was totaled. I bought a 2008 4-Runner. It was in good shape with low miles. I appreciate the dealership dropping the sales price by $1000 on an already good price. We have bought many vehicles from the Stevinson dealerships over the years because of their service. I want to thank Stevinson Chevrolet and service advisor Ian Carter for saving me 2,400 dollars! I was told by Big O tires at 9975 Remington Place Littleton that I needed front replacement struts after only 43,000 miles. Ian said bring it in and let me have a look. I did so and found out my struts were perfect and no work was necessary. I will drive the extra 12 miles to Stevinson Chevrolet as they have now earned my business and trust.

Terrible customer service. Waited inside for 10 minutes before calling from parking lot to be put in hold. Than they refused to help me with a part number so the person that lost my key out of state could get me a replacement fob. Money hungry greedy business practices.

We came into the dealership today and met Ritch Hernandez. He could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. He pulled the car into the service bay so we did not have to be out in the wind and cold. From start to finish, we felt very satisfied with Ritch. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
