I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff, I’ve called at different times and always been greeted with a great attitude, they are always willing to help with any questions I might have.
It’s a great place and will always be a go to place for my storage needs.

One of the worst places I've ever been to my life to store your belongings they were very rude unprofessional and racist and that's not forget false advertising do not store your stuff here by all means they just kick me out of my unit tonight because I was there rearranging my belongings and next thing I know they're telling me I have to vacate the premises because I'm I'm there after hours when they advertise online that they are open 24 hours do not rent from downtown storage they are a rip-off!!!!!!!!!!

First Street Storage has excellent units, customer service and very reasonable prices. A great location that is well secured, you can’t go wrong! Owners are very easy to communicate with, friendly and kind. I highly recommend renting from them.

Clean facility, easy access and they offer automatic bill pay that makes the whole payment process SO MUCH EASIER!!! 1st Street Storage is owned/operated by a great, local and honest family! We have had a unit with them for many years, and would never go anywhere else!
