We had an incredible experience the first time we rented at this facility while navigating moving out of our home in the area. We relied on them again to get another unit to make vacating our home possible. When going to consolidate my 2 units after a horrible move the following day the site manager made numerous accusations of nefarious activity and was extremely rude on the phone. He went so far as accusing my wife of lying to him. Trying to track down the ownership of the facility to make sure they know how the staff treats paying customers. This is the first Google review I have ever left in my life and I'm only doing so to ensure nobody receives the same treatment.

We were pleasantly impressed with the moving crew that packed our belongings. Steve, Vincent, and Joey were all professionals. Well experienced, upbeat, very careful with everything they touched. Very hardworking!
We've read reviews of people's experiences. But we must say, The folks at Colman Moving and Storage (Allied Van Lines) from Robert, Raki in the office to the crew that moved us and Steve and his son that unloaded us 1200 miles away, in every aspect were purely professional. We highly recommend them. Moreover, they were considerably less expensive then the local competition. They reduced of the stresses of moving!

Keith and Dorothy walked me through the process. Both were very helpful, professional, and kind. The storage unit itself is roomy, clean, easy-to-access, and secure. A Storage Place was a great choice for us while we are preparing to move.

I haven’t even gotten a storage unit yet. I only got as far as talking on the phone with Keith and that’s as far as I needed to go to see that this place is absolutely amazing! The customer service Keith gave me was above and beyond and absolutely outstanding! I hope management sees this so they can give Keith the raise that he definitely deserves!
