I went in to the Grand Junction office to purchase AAA for my vehicle and to make arrangements for my convention travel to Denver. When I walked in there were two employees I could see and to be fair they had customers. They did not look at me that I could tell or greet me and tell me they would be with me when they were able. I sat down and after more than a couple minutes I went ahead and purchased AAA for my vehicle and made arrangements for my trip to Denver. I stood up and tried to make eye contact with both employees and was completely ignored. At that point I left and they didn’t say goodbye either. I would walk to Denver before I set foot in that store again. I strongly recommend purchasing your own travel or finding a company with at least some manners to do it for you

Nobody is available to pickup the phone called 6 times and left with menu options to choose from making you feel like you'll get transferred to someone but even after choosing all the menu options available you're still not transferred to anyone. So basically calling doesn't get you any help. Ive been a loyal member for 5 years but will be thinking twice about renewing my membership next year. They also cancel my membership after taking payment due to a mistake on their end and when I was stuck and needed road side assistance was stressed when I needed help totally unacceptable ! Even after that I'm trying to give them a chance but now this ! Customer service is lousy nowadays. I don't know what's the point of having a phone available to call for help if there's no one to pick it up just a recording with menu options that clearly don't work if someone else left a bad review. You'd think with all there loyal customers they can hire one person to pickup the phone and take calls

if you try to call the local GJ office, you get a list of options; none of which is to talk with someone in the store. then the phone call drops. tried multiple times!!

A simple call to your local AAA office to ask a question. Forget it! Unless your spending money you get no where.

I was at a business when my car battery died. I tried calling them, but AAA sent a link to their app to use to get help. I was still trying to use the app to get help when I called my mechanic. He brought a battery charger and charged my car during the time I was trying to use the stupid app to get help from AAA.I will not renew my membership.I remember a time when you could call them and get immediate help. Not anymore.

A nice casino to visit, we didn't gamble though. We were there for a ZZ Top concert last weekend. Some great sites to visit when you have the time.
