The guys from Ace Towing really went above and beyond for us. They recovered my wrecked vehicle that had frozen items in it. I was just going to leave it overnight and hope for the best but when they got my car back to their yard they unloaded all the items that needed to be put in the freezer and put the items in their freezer overnight so nothing would spoil. These guys towed my mom's car after a nasty accident. They were amazing, professional, courteous. I highly highly recommend them if you need a vehicle towed. When we went to get pictures for the insurance they had someone meet us onsite and let us get all the pictures we needed. They were really nice and amazing service. These guys were great at Ace Towing. Even the police at the scene commented on their professionalism in getting my vehicle on the flatbed but also cleaning the roadway as well. My vehicle was far from drivable so Matt took me to a hotel in Grand Junction and when he ran in to find out the price he thought that it was way too high so he took me to the DoubleTree Hotel which was fairly priced. Also, one great thing is Matt didn't ask me for any money because I showed him my proof of full coverage insurance and he said he could bill them directly. That's way better than having to pay and wait to be reimbursed from my insurance company. The day after the accident I went to their yard to retrieve my stuff out of my truck and Kim helped me get everything out. IF YOU NEED A TOW OR HAVE CAR TROUBLE ACE WILL GET YOU THE HELP YOU NEED TO GET GOING AGAIN. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!
