Probably the best thing I’ve done to my truck. I have a Colorado ZR2 with a BDS lift that came with blocks. After a couple years the add a leaf and stock springs were shot and these guys did up a custom leaf pack. Glad I trusted their process because I was worried about the amount of extra weight capacity they were going to use but it worked out perfectly. I can fully flex the rear end, ride is smoother by far than the previous setup, truck is a almost perfectly levelled again (1/2 inch taller in the rear), no more super long centre pin to break and next to no axle wrap compared to before. If you want something you can’t get off the shelf, let these guys build it for you.

I purchased custom springs from Alcan for a smoother ride but wanted to remain at factory height. When I received and installed them they lifted my truck by 4" and the ride was like a solid rock. I spoke with Lew and he was not willing to help, he only told me to start pulling leafs from the pack. Even with two leafs pulled the ride was still 2" over stock height and stiffer than OEM. I wrote back to Lew to beg for some assistance and his response was "This is what I do for a living and been designing springs the same way for over 40 years. I’m pretty sure I know what I’m talking about." This is a red flag when an owner won't help remedy the situation and just tells you that "he knows what he's doing". After about 10 hours of pulling leafs, swapping leaves, and trying 3 different length shackles I finally gave up and went back to my old setup. Lew let me return the bogus springs but I had to eat the $105 shipping cost from my original order. He never took any accountability for the error, never apologized for the inconvenience and was generally rude throughout the whole experience. Even if the springs worked great, I was still surprised about how poor the finish quality was. They arrived oozing with the product they seal the leafs with and continued to drip for days staining my garage floor. When I pulled the pack apart you could see there was no sealing protection between each leaf. On top of that the whole pack looked like a 6 year old black jolly rancher that you found in the bottom of your backpack. Hard to believe I paid over $1,000 for these. When Lew wouldn't help, I reached out to another popular custom spring company and they were willing to try to assist me despite the springs not even being theirs! I never told them that they were Alcan springs but based off of my situation I shared they immediately said "I bet these are Alcan springs" at first guess. I know there aren't a ton of bad reviews on google but if your search you'll find there are many forum post sharing their negative experiences with Alcan.

Lew and the crew did a great job building a custom leaf pack for my 2021 Tundra. I was looking for 2" total lift in the rear to pair with my 2" lift in the front to maintain rake for towing. Rides better than factory. Came out perfect. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

Lew was excellent to deal with throughout the whole leaf ordering process for my Raptor. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the build/shipment progress. My Raptor had the stock leafs so the first drive on the Alcan's was noticeable right away. Much more stable and the increased payload really helped out towing my Bronco. Highly recommend Lew and Alcan!

Alcan built me custom leaf springs for my 2015 Tacoma with a Moonlander camping topper and did a stage 3 build with Radflo 2.5 w/remotes, total Chaos UPCs, and BAMF hangers. Lew and his crew really know what works on a Tacoma! I love the plush ride on both pavement and dirt. This suspension just soaks up the bumps and reduces body roll.

I got a broken leaf spring on my trailer going through town, these guys got me in same day, ordered the part I needed overnight and was out the next morning by 10:30. Awesome group of people here abd very helpful.

Brought my sad and broken fifth wheel RV into Alcan Spring with a busted axle one afternoon. By the next afternoon they had installed two new axles, new brakes, four new tires. Efficient, competent and on time for a trip and at a reasonable cost. Alcan Spring can do the job well and on time. Thanks guys you saved our trip.
