Jim and his team are amazing! Not only are they kind but they are extremely knowledgable. I won't use anyone else for maintenance or for my sound system. Highly recommend!!!!

I wouldn't attempt to do business with this company unless you appreciate being ignored and treated as if you don't matter. Sarah came right away to assess our job and promised a bid within a week. After one week, I called to ask for the bid. It never came. I called again and was given the old "blame it on the secretary" excuse. After finally receiving the bid, I called to accept the bid and asked when we might be put on the work schedule. I was told that they would contact me within a week to schedule a date. I never heard from them again. After sending one email and making two phone calls, we were completely ignored. We gave up and contacted another company. I can only guess that because we were not a very big job, under $1,000, we were not important? I would suggest either being honest with people and tell them you do not accept small jobs or perhaps some training in customer service skills might be in order.I do not recall giving you a time frame? I do recall giving you three days that would not work because of out-patient surgery that I had scheduled. It really doesn't matter anymore, we were definitely ignored and I believe that everyone deserves to be acknowledged, no matter the circumstances! The bottom line is that simply ignoring someone sends the message that that they just don't matter!!

Buyer beware... I started the process of upgrading our current security system by getting bids from various local companies. All Sounds Designs was one of the highest bids, however, Jim (the system designer) talks a good game. I discovered through a simple Internet search that I could get the components they were selling me for $600 less. The entire bid came to around $4000 with a very large portion of it being labor/installation. I brought this to Jim's attention and subsequently the excuses from him poured out. He dominated the conversation without giving me a chance to speak. In fact, this behavior has been displayed by him since the beginning (talking over the customer). All Sounds Design/ Jim also was weeks late with giving me their original bid. I had to call several times to remind them. Overpromising and under delivering and more excuses. Six weeks now has been wasted dealing with the ineptitude of All Sounds Design. I now really feel bamboozled by what some would call a polished and unethical used car salesman. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but I care about my community and I wanted to give my honest experience in order to help others.

THE BEST!!! Showed up when they said they would. Did exactly what they said they would. Installation looks great.Technicians absolutely know what they're doing! Cleaned up afterwards. All at a very fair price!

Jim Fraser is not only kind but follows up with acts. Adam is amazing! The other two gentlemen that worked on Half Moon are beyond accommodating! I highly recommend.
