I have had an excellent experience banking with this institution. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to address any concerns or answer questions. If you're thinking about banking here, don't. They give you problems for everything. Tried to cash my state income tax check here and they wouldnt because my husbands name is not on my account. He came id in hand and everything. Anytime you want to pull out a large amount if money they give you a hard time about it and never carry enough money in one branch to cover it. Had to go to two different locations just to pull out enough to buy my car. They closed both my business and personal account without notification. They said the had "notes" that they called and left messages and emailed me. I had none of these. The branch manager had an attitude and acted like she didnt even care. Thought banking locally would be great. This has been a terrible year with this bank.

Maria is so pleasant. I am a host home provider and my gentleman uses the bank to cash his checks. Everyone at the bank is so kind and welcoming! My favorite teller there is Maria!

Banked with this company for years then they started charging a fee for everything. I had an over draft Problem because of fraud on my account and they took the rest of my money From my savings without informing me first. Their customer service is very poor. Extremely disappointed what this bank has turned into. Save your money and go somewhere else, like I did.

I love banking with ANB, they always take care of me when I am in need. Excellent programs for different checking accounts. I have business savings and checking. Along with personal savings and checking. Plus my children’s savings. They have never done me wrong and are always professional.

This bank used to be great. Lately their customer service has gone down the drain and they've started charging a fee for EVERYTHING. You're better off to save your money elsewhere.

Personalized service and happy smiles great you at this bank. When there is a problem the manager corrects it quickly and without any fuss. If you want a good bank this is it.
