“We were greeted at the door by Dylan the sales rep, I told him what we were looking for and he took us straight to the scratch & dent models after we told him we weren’t interested in the new ones. He showed us what he had and did not try to hard sale us. The price was right and got us a quick delivery time. Dylan did an excellent job! The delivery guys, Jeremiah & Julian got to our home early, was very respectful. They did an excellent job installing our fridge. What I liked the most is they communicated well together, made sure they didn’t damage anything. Great job guys! Mr Manager please give all 3 an atta boy for me and my wife! Will I come back to buy another appliance from AFW? You bet I will!”
