“These folks are amazing. I bought a slightly discounted but NIB refrigerator trim kit from them on eBay for a kitchen renovation but didn't end up needing it for several months. When I finally opened the package, I found that the item was severely damaged and unusable (the metal was bent significantly). I contacted the company in the off chance they had a replacement in stock and/or decent customer service. While they didn't have a replacement, they DID offer me a full refund to my original payment method. I was so impressed with their customer service - it was personal and attentive, and it's so refreshing to find a company that actually stands by the items they sell. I would buy from Interstate again based solely on this customer service they provided. Thank you!”

“The staff there are really good they're helpful. They explained things to you. I had never had a computer in my life. I bought a portable or whatever we call it computer there. Today they explain to me how it worked today. Everything I've got a mouse to go with it. The experience was really excellent. I had to set there for a little bit and talk to the geek patrol. Or squad, whatever they are about something with my TV and my DVD v. C. R, so they're coming out tomorrow to help me. Get it set up right so that I can use it. Because I can't get it to come across my t. V. As far as I'm concerned, best, buy is a good place to go to biological electronics plenty of parking space. They have plenty of handicap songs. And the staff are very helpful.”

“Went into Best Buy for a dash cam, was looking for the one we wanted online in the store and couldn't find it, so we asked one of the sales associates, John if he knew where it was or if they had it, and we got so much more than the camera. We got an extremely friendly, willing to help, and hilarious man to make the trip to Best Buy so much more worth it and easy ! John helped us right away and could have gotten us taken care of within 10 minutes, But we had to stay and hear some more of his great stories. 10/10 great experience and great guy !”
