“These folks are amazing. I bought a slightly discounted but NIB refrigerator trim kit from them on eBay for a kitchen renovation but didn't end up needing it for several months. When I finally opened the package, I found that the item was severely damaged and unusable (the metal was bent significantly). I contacted the company in the off chance they had a replacement in stock and/or decent customer service. While they didn't have a replacement, they DID offer me a full refund to my original payment method. I was so impressed with their customer service - it was personal and attentive, and it's so refreshing to find a company that actually stands by the items they sell.
