The associate was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. I was in and out in a matter of a half hour. Activating two new phones and transferring the data from both phones in that time. He even offered for me to come back so I could activate my Apple Watch cause I didn’t have it on me at the time. Even then the waite wasn’t long he was able to activate the customer that was there first and my watch at the same time. The second time I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

I recently switched from Verizon back to AT&T and the experience was phenomenal. Zach took care of me and my family and it was smooth and seamless. He walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made it easy to upgrade the phones that needed upgrading. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

My spouse and I came in to start out own family plan and upgrade out phones. After going to an authorized retailer by City Market we had a terrible experience and felt like we were being taken advantage of and upsold. At the corporate store we were treated with respect. The store rep was engaging and worked quickly to make the process of signing up for new service fast and comfortable. The store rep was neutral and didn't push extra features we wouldn't need, even suggesting less to help us find the perfect fit for our unique needs. We had an absolutely fantastic experience!

Had a terrible experience with the store located inside the mall, where they claimed to be a corporate store….they are not, and came to this store and they fixed everything! Zach and Danene were awesome and patient as we got everything worked out!

Alex and Zach went way over and above make sure that I had a phone and phone service so that I can get back to work! You guys are the best and I will never go anywhere else for any other cellular service or needs! Please don't find another day job lol I'm counting on you guys to remain:-) faith in humanity restored!

Historically this has been a very good store, but this summer we upgraded two phones in two separate visits and in each of them the salesperson added subscriptions to the phone plan that were not authorized. AT&T Next and the phone insurance were added without discussion or approval. Additionally, the store put accessories onto an installment plan that were paid for directly in the store. Definitely watch your bill after visiting this store.
