Just went in this store which is in the mall. I went in to look at a few apple phones and a few Samsung phones. I walked in and the guy working said un less I was buying I have to leave the store they have to keep traffic down. Mind u no one’s there and he’s dinking on his phone. I left like instructed and went across the street to the other att store and they were nice went over all the info with me and now will get money for new phones . Don’t waste you time at the mall go across the street

Levi Aniston bent over backwards to try to help me solve an issue with my deceased mom’s phone. Although he wasn’t able to help he was very helpful even being the only clerk in the store at that time while continuing to help other customers. Never felt shoved out of the way or like a bother.

We came in to check about switching our phone over from Verizon. Aniston and other associate were very helpful in explaining process. They walked us through process and broke down exactly how much out bill would be. They made sure all data was switched over from google phone to new I phone. Would come back here for anymore phone needs that I ever have.
