“I went to AutoZone, their battery tester didnt work right, told me to get a new battery anyways, and then said they couldnt replace it. I went over to Batteries Plus to use their tester, they said it should be replaced, and they offered to change it out without even buying a battery from them! Dave was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you to this team!”
“Austin and Terran (Spelling?) are amazing. I went and got a part from them, that was crucial to repair before out trip in 36hours, when i got home and got it installed, realized that the new part required a shorter bolt that should have been in the box. I called them 25min until they closed, they realized it was supposed to have included the part, told me to start driving to their store while one of them drove to a different store to get the correct part with the correct bolt. They stayed open late while we waited on the new part to arrive and I could not be more grateful. They made an already stressful time, much better by going well above and beyond what normal customer service would do. They are great employees and have more than earned my business.”
“Megan is an absolute asset she was such a blessing I came in frantic thinking I would be paying someone to fix my car hundreds of dollars and with a smile she said let's figure out the problem honey walked me around grabbed everything we needed checked what we needed to on the car and then literally fixed my issue as if it were a breeze, now to me that breeze was a tornado. God bless this woman I don't go anywhere else for good reason”
