Why is it so difficult to talk to a real person? I have a problem that needs to be fixed asap and I cannot get ahold of anyone to actually help me. The phone service is so bad and takes way too long to get into touch with anyone.

Best credit union and Grand Junction in my opinion. I've been due to other ones that I had accounts in and this one is by far the best.

45 minutes on hold for a simple question, finally just drove to the bank in an attempt to get a faster response.Cannot get a loan through the bank that we bank through which was the entire reason we chose them to begin with. They advertised great apr and apy rates, yet you can't get a loam through them at all big or small.Customer service is horrible!

I love this Credit Union. I have been using them for years. Great interest rate on CD. Good interest on car loans. They have a fantastic points credit card. The staff is great. I can't say enough good things about this CU.

Been a member of Bellco for four years best bank I’ve ever had . I was new to dealing with the Grand Junction Locations my home bank was Colorado ave but George had excellent customer service .To anyone new with Bellco it’s always best to call or deal with your local branch then to deal with their general customer service line

The staff is great and we'll continue to do business with Bellco in Grand Junction....but I have to say: ...What annoys me about this bank is that the right most drive-through ATM shares the line with the drive-through teller service, so it seems like every time I try to make a quick ATM stop, someone is blocking the ATM as they're waiting on the teller service. It would be great if the ATM had its own drive-through lane so people who want quick ATM $ can get it without waiting for someone who isn't using it.

This credit union I have been paying over the phone for 2 year unable to make an account and they deny my verification all of sudden so my credit score is being ruined . DO NOT EVER USE OR BARROW FROM THIS SCANDALOUS CREDIT UNION PERIOD. Resource manager KIM THORNE AND ASSISTANT PAMELA OVER THE PHONE WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT. THEY HAVE LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND FAILED TO ACCEPT MY MONEY.

Bellco's on-line computer system wouldn't let me log-on as a new user this afternoon. I'm current and have made two or three payments, but I've never received a statement. They admitted that my email address is off by one consonant. After 40 minutes and answering all their questions, Michael the supervisor, wanted to FaceTime with me virtually to verify me. That is weird. If you have other options I would go with the other option. This is a joke. I still don't have a statement.

I've had an account with this bank since I was a teenager, since before they were "Bellco". It was a great bank back than. Now I've maintained an account as a backup because they are really bad. Recently I've had to use this account instead of the other bank that is my primary and i'm reminded why I do not do any serious business with Bellco. I stopped by their window to deposit a check and they happily deposited the check... Into someone elses account. I caught the error after being given a receipt with the balance from someone elses account and someone elses personal information on it.. I went in and had them correct it. I've tried to use my debit card three times this week to purchase things online because I'm trying to do business while i'm out of state working a separate job. This is something i've done for years without a hitch from my other bank. My other bank has actually caught actual fraud on my account numerous times without locking me out of my account for no reason.. Three times so far this week Bellco has declined my purchase for fraud protection, all three times I have to jump through the hoops to tell them this was actually me and all three times I have been unable to use this debit card. I've tried numerous times to get a loan through Bellco over the course of this relationship and of course shopped to make sure I was getting the best deal, and every time despite this being my longest running account Bellco comes in dead last on the deal I would be getting if I went with them for a loan.. At this point, I'm looking for a bank to replace my primary because my primary does not have any local branches and that is becoming an issue. I thought I would give Bellco another shot and i've come to the conclusion again that I don't know why I keep this account. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. I have never had this much frustration with any other credit union or bank. It has been a months long process to get an automatic payment set up, and the communication from them has been basically non-existent. Finally thought I was working with someone who was competent and dedicated to making things right, to have them blame me for their lack of communication, resulting in me having to pay a late penalty that is Bellco's fault. Very disappointing.

I was a member of St. Mary's Credit Union for years before Belco took over. Never a problem. I had two old accounts still there after several years. ...a checking account with under $20 in it and a "shares" account which I had left $25.00 in on a recommendation from a Bellco employee, in order to keep my account active. Not long ago I went in to the Grand Junction branch to close both accounts. They were nowhere to be found...try getting a live person at BELLCO's toll free # sometime!! LMAO!! So, Bellco, you OWE me $41.63 plus interest for several years, but I'm sure I will never hear from you. Really BAD business!! Too bad I can't give ZERO stars!

I love everything about this back! The people are so friendly, the bank itself is always clean, you really are treated as family when you go in there. I can’t wait for them to get the ATM that lets you choose your bills!

The customer service at the local branch is great. Never had a problem. The app’s lag time for mobile deposits to appear, is awful. I pay my loan via mobile deposit and I have to wait for it to appear in my account and go back to the app 15 minutes later to move it to the loan. Not a fan.

I love Bellco, especially this Branch! The staff at this location are extremely friendly and welcoming. I visited this branch yesterday and Yosef Heredia helped me with opening some new accounts. I was extremely impressed with Yosefs' friendly yet professional demeanor! (I also want to give a quick shout out to the Tellers, they are always so patient and friendly! If you need to see a banker and Yosef isn't available York is a great guy as well!) Five star service all around!!!!!

Avoid Bellco at all costs. They pulled some serious shady crap with our loan. For the covid deferment they opened ANOTHER ACCOUNT for the accrued interest. We only had info for a SINGLE payment, so when I found out that when I was late they were hitting BOTH accounts with a late fee?!!? When we sent extra money they didn't apply it to the late fee, you have to CALL and make a separate payment. OK, how much? I talked to FIVE PEOPLE before I got an answer because it is not on your statements, it's not online. What IS online is a confusing mess. You are shown THREE different payment amounts! When we went to pay off the loan I sent in the statement. Our loan was delay for a week because Bellco denied the payment because it was short. They were demanding all late fees be paid as well. THEN PUT THEM ON THE STATEMENT!!!!I will NEVER do business with Bellco again. They are SO shady and no one has a clue what the hell is going on! It's simply inexcusable for a business these days!
