Visited this Location for an exchange . The stuff was very accommodating and friend.
I would love to give a shout out to the two cashiers that were working and helped me to check out. They seem very friendly and suggestive to upselling.
Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered a Frig and Dishwasher on Jan 18th. Original install set for Feb 3rd then day before they cancelled. Next one was set for Feb 10th. First thing this morning they called and cancelled again now saying Feb 17th. Told them it better be the 17th cause not playing with them. Will never buy from Best Buy again. Knew I should have gotten it all from Lowes. If they cancel again they I'm going to cancel my order.
Update 2-19-25. The salesman at the store put the order in wrong saying we didn't have water run to the current frig so it was getting cancelled cause they thought we needed a plumber. Maybe the store needs to provide better training. Social media support was the only helpful people and got it figured out. Still won't buy anything major from Best Buy again.

Only shop here if you want to lose your mind trying to find an employee to sell you a product. I ended up walking out without buying the TV we wanted after waiting for over a hour for someone to be available (yet there were employees walking around doing nothing and refusing to help). The employees hang out in the back room all day and claim to be extremely busy. Hopefully this store goes out of business soon!

I went here a few minutes after the store opened to exchange a defective product that I purchased the night before (I had the same experience the night before with not being able to find an employee to help me and needing to go to the front to purchase an item). The customer service employee did a battery test and confirmed it was defective.
I was told by the customer service employee that I needed to wait in the back while he radioed someone to help with tablets. I asked if it was possible to radio for them to bring the tablet up front, as this is what happened the previous night. He said no that I had to go in the back of the store to wait, so I thanked him and walked to the back of the store as instructed. I waited for 20 minutes and played with the tablets while waiting for an employee to show up. Finally an employee walked back and as I approached him, another customer got in front of me and asked for help getting an iPad. The employee stated “our hands are tied right now we have no one to help” and walked into the back. I witnessed this customer ask someone else walking around and was told that they don’t help with tablets. I went back up to the front and explained the situation and a manager came up and he said he was able to radio someone in the back to bring up the item. I requested a refund for the defective item and thanked them. I went over to Target and they price matched the item for me and it was a much smoother transaction.

Love best buy but the service needs to improve, walked around trying to find someone that would help, finally got a person to help me and got what I needed, but almost lost my mind.

If you make an appointment to have a simple battery replaced in your phone…
They don’t have the battery in stock
They can’t order it
I can’t call to confirm when it is in stock
So. I would have to make another appointment and just hope they have the correct battery available?
This is NOT customer service

Tried to get me to sign up for a credit card 3 times while I was buying a mouse. I also had to turn down offers for a paid membership plan, a protection plan on the mouse, a donation to a charity, and promotional text messages. Does anyone in management have enough brain cells left to realize how poor of an experience this creates for the customer?
I felt like I was inside a spam email or pop-up ad. That is not the customer experience you want to create.
This poor cashier is obviously being forced to harass the customer about these offers - no human being would willingly submit themselves to such an uncomfortable social interaction on a repeat basis. Whoever in corporate came up with this checkout experience has apparently never spoken to another human.
I will update this review if the checkout experience changes.

It was so nice going into a store when you needed to find just one little adapter and there are a ton of helpful employees in there! It was quite refreshing. I was in and out in 5 minutes. It's so challenging nowadays to find anybody to help you because they lack employees. So Best buy, please keep your employees happy!
