“Used Ruby canyon several times great customer service bought a derailleur and they had time to put it on immediately was able to walk out the door with my bike within 15 min very impressed with them! Highly recommend!”
“If I could give 6 or 10 stars, I would. Have been going to this shop for years, and I live about 100 miles away, because they are the real deal and deserve to have as much recognition as possible.I called in advance and made an appt for yesterday morning because i was driving 100 miles to get there and hoped I could get my brakes bled and then get the bike midday so I could ride...to which they were happy to accommodate. They said it would be $40 per brake at the most...and when I picked it up it was $20 each...to which I said I was told $40...and they said they didn't have to do a full deal but told me about all the other stuff they checked out for me.Moreover, I had my bike with them last year because my bottom bracket was starting to get loose and took it to them to see if there was anything they could do - I had this same problem with another bike and went to a different bike shop about 5 years ago and ended up that the press fit bearing in the carbon bottom bracket sleeve was just worn beyond repair and the frame was throwaway.Okay, shame on me for buying another frame with press fit in carbon bottom bracket sleeve...BUT, Brian at The Bike Shop in Grand Junction last year took it upon himself to do some research and found a 'thread together' bottom bracket that would render the problem of the carbon sleeve in my frame a NON ISSUE!!! He could have easily told me that, sorry, can't help you, but we have lots of $5,000 bikes you might like - but he didn't!!This shop is already highly rated, and I can add that it is for a reason - Brian, Adam, all of them - they are excellent and I hope I can always use them for my bike service.Sorry this is so long. B.”
“These guys are awesome! Helped fix my bike. It ended up taking longer than expected so they let me demo a bike in the meantime. Also have great coffee and food in the back. Great atmosphere, love being able to bring my dog everytime. I recommend it to all my friends.”
“We had some trouble transporting our bikes and they had gotten pretty messed up. When we went here to get them fixed, everyone was super nice, and they really knew what they were doing and taught us a lot. The guy that worked on them told us all about specific things to watch out for on our bikes, the reason why we had a problem, and talked to us about our best options for a bike rack to fix it. We said no rush, but when we said we could pick them up either Friday or Tuesday, they rushed to get them done so we could have them for the weekend. We got there right before they closed to pick them up, but had to fix our hitch from previous damage before we put the bikes on, and the guy that worked on the bikes still came out a while after they had closed to show us the best way to use the new bike rack and double check all the screws. He said he takes care of the bikes like they're his until they're gone, and we definitely believe that. We haven't had a problem since!”
“Went in to get some free air. Ended up having a great conversation, the owner ended up putting free zip ties on my bike and really buttoning up my single speed. Great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike.”
“Excellent service. Was camping near Mack over 4th of July, sprung a slow air leak on the second day and was unprepared. Brought the bike in for a tube and some Stans, got me right in and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Thank you!!”
