“I can't thank these guys enough. I have been here twice now. First visit, both my kids have E-bikes and one needed a tire and a tube. The other just a tube. I couldnt afford the tire so they had one that was donated and gave it to us. Plus they fixed both my kids breaks, just cause, and free of charge. Helped us unload and load the bikes. Our second visit, we needed another tube. Just stopped in, they helped us unload it and fixed the tire. Plus put extra protection in the tube free of charge and gave us a discount. Also fixed my son's suspension. They made my kids very happy. I couldnt thank them enough!!”

“We planned a big bike ride for visiting family on a Sunday and needed to rent a kid’s bike for my 7-year-old cousin. Sean rented us the perfect little bike for her on Saturday and, knowing Bicycle Outfitters would be closed on Sunday, gave us his personal cell for any issues that might arise and to coordinate pick-up. When we woke up Sunday and got ready to ride, the bike tire had gone flat and had a leak. Sean interrupted his personal plans to come meet us at the hotel and change the tube himself so that we could go ride as planned. When we were ready for pickup, he was also there in a flash. Truly above and beyond service for a little kid’s bike rental that was very reasonably priced. Sean and the Bicycle Outfitters team showed us that they really care about our experience using their services and want us to have a great time. Can’t recommend them highly enough for any rentals you might need! My husband and I live locally and we also use them exclusively for all of our bike repair, maintenance and accessory needs. We look forward to continuing to do so.”
