Hello Reviews Readers! Okay first off I'd like to start by saying I'm not a huge fan of going to the mall. However sometimes it's a good thing. Today I needed some slip resistant shoes. So I Googled it and after research I realized the Boot Barn was going to be my destination today. I was searching for a specific shoe that I had seen online. I couldn't find them on the shelf so I went to the front desk to ask for help. That's where Derek and the other representative started to help me. They told me that they didn't carry that specific shoe. Derek recommended an alternative shoe for me to try on and they fit perfectly. I think it's important to have good customer service and today Boot Barn and their courteous & knowledgeable employees proved that in a bunch of different ways. I would recommend Boot Barn Grand Junction at the Mall to anybody looking for a great pair of cowboy boots or work shoes. Head on down to the Grand Junction mall and visit Boot Barn today you'll be glad you did!
One thing I really like about the store besides the amazing selection and the knowledgeable & helpful staff is that the Boot Barn has an outside door to get in/out of their store so you don't have to walk through the mall.

Helpful friendly staff, fun selection of different western wear and boots.
Everyone in the store was very nice and smiling, and tended to our needs.
We actually purchased the first pair of boots my husband tried on that were recommended by the associate based on our description of what we wanted. She was actually able to pick out a pair that fit our wants. That was an unexpected and a pleasant experience. We tried other boots, but still purchased the first pair picked out by the employee helping us. Absolutely unusual for someone as picky as us when it comes to any shoe wear.
Great shopping experience. Definitely recommend to others.

Nice store but the employees just stand around behind the counter chatting and playing on their phones while we walk around and not get any help. Frustrating place to go to to say the least.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Boot Barn, and I must say, the customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the incredible staff members: Jes, Ronda, Shelby, and Matthew.
Each team member showcased a genuine commitment to ensuring I had a fantastic shopping experience. Jes was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, patiently answering all my questions and providing insightful recommendations. Ronda’s friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my selections.
Shelby’s attention to detail was impressive! She took the time to help me find the perfect fit and made sure I was happy with my choices. Matthew, with his cheerful attitude, rounded out the experience by providing excellent support at checkout, making the process seamless and enjoyable.
Together, this remarkable team created a welcoming and positive atmosphere that truly made my day! Online hours for Sunday and hours posted on both doors say open at 11 but store was not open at 11:45 . Very disappointed and will shop elsewhere

The works are nice and friendly if u can't find somtin they will help. Bought some jeans today and the safety thing xdid not come off but they worked on it for a while and could not get off so they ordered another pair

Thank you GJBootBarn! After arriving from a 3hr drive to buy new custom hats from a local business, we found that business was closed. We searched on Google for custom cowboy hats, but nothing came up. After seeing a Boot Barn was in town we decided to settle for just a pre-formed hat. After asking if there was anything in town other than the business that was closed for the day, they suggested calling in an employee on his day off. Jorge, not only came in, but educated these 5 young man on what size to buy, how to take care of their hats, and steam shaped them to what shape they wanted. He was very personal and had great customer service! Thank you Jorge and God Bless you and your family-Blanding Utah group
