Professional and helpful. I was able to start my rental online, and then complete it in person. Advantage put the lock on the unit after the moving crew dropped off furniture, and then held the key at the desk until I come in next time.

We have had at least one storage room with Brach's Mini Storage for over 10 years. Ann and Dave are wonderful. The storage area is fenced and locked at night. They have a security guard that makes sure that the area is clear and no one is in it before he locks it up. The units are very clean and slightly elevated so there is no water getting in when it rains. They keep the ice and snow cleared so no problem with slick surfaces. I have had several storage units throughout the years and will stay with Brach's over any other in Mesa County.

I started with one storage unit and added a 2nd storage unit, later with them. I have been with Brach's for almost 9 years. The owners are alway very helpful and have met my every needs.

Great place if one is needing off site storage. Convenient location for us. The owners are hands on, responsive to your needs. I have toured the new facility, Climate/Humidity Controlled, which is fantastic. Brach's is definitely the place to go for your off site storage needs.
