I highly recommend advantage self storage in Grand Junction CO. Their climate controlled units are reasonably priced and very accessible. I love that you can backup to the covered overhead doors to load and unload. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility and the grounds are clean and safe with 24 hr surveillance monitoring. I also appreciate their automated billing system and the insurance requirements. I never worry about my unit as I receive text messages anytime my unit is accessed.

Better prices everywhere for larger with more security. Takes an extra 30 minutes to google search it…. How is that even possible to get a 10x10 for the price of this places 5x5

I had hoped for a better experience renting my first U-Haul trailer. Both of the tires on this trailer. We're in bad shape. One of them unacceptably bald. The back of the trailer had some dirt and debris as well which surprised me. It was helpfu, however,l that the 2 friendly employees here arranged for a new wheel to be put on at another U-Haul place across town. But I did not budget time for going to get my U-Haul trailer repaired. So this was a frustrating experience. I own an operate a vehicle rental company so I understand how it important it is to have well maintained equipment so that the renter has a pleasant experience when picking up.
