Went in to pick up 3 things & they only had one of them. How does a store this massive have such a limited selection on key outdoor items (e.g., only a limited selection of propane for camp stoves, and no butane)?

Two workers pushed me out of the way without saying, "Excuse me." I was also being pestered constantly to sign up for a credit card, one worker asked me 3 times. When I told her no and to stop asking, another employee started asking me.

Great store, always clean and well-staffed. I've been in this store countless times and always have a positive experience. Visited today with a gentleman in the fly shop and he took the time to talk about different fly tying materials and even showed me a couple of flies that he tied and disclosed exactly how he tied it. Super nice and very informative.

They have the right amount of merchandise to choose from. Just like many other retailers today, they lack customer care. When I say customer care, I mean some of the staff really don't care what the customer experience is. Overall, I would still recommend this retailer.
