I had to take my car into Caliber Collision for a repair. Leslie had made sure everything was taken care of and had no hesitation to jump in to help with the insurance claim as well. She made sure I was kept up to date with what was going on and I highly recommend them for service.

My husband replaced my headlights and was having trouble re-attaching the bumper. He called Caliber Collision and asked for help. The manager, Nick had us bring my vehicle to the shop. We dropped it off and just a couple of hours later it was ready. Nick did not charge us one penny! I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their excellent customer service.

We have had a few vehicles worked on now at Caliber Collision. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the work they have completed on all our vehicles there. The communication is great and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision when deciding on a shop to use for repairs! The technician reached out on this last vehicle that needs repairs and I was impressed with how he handled the situation. So thank you for that and the great service!

I don’t recommend this shop. Unless you only want your vehicle kinda repaired. I took my vehicle in about two years ago. They had it way too long. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed they only repaired the damage about 50%. I was upset about that and the time it took. I left, and returned a few weeks ago. The vehicle was a lease. And still needed the original damage repaired. The manager reviewed, the old pictures. He told me, it appeared they missed doing original repair. He then informed me that, the damage would NOT be covered under the warranty. And that I would need to file another insurance claim. In my opinion, they don’t stand by their work or warranty. Sounds like they just wanted to double dip on the insurance payment. Getting paid twice, for one job sounds like fraud. If that’s not shady, I don’t know what is.

Dealing with results of hail damage is stressful ..and Nick and the others I talked to at Caliber Collision made this much easier to go through..always keeping me informed and took great care of my vehicle. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have repairs done on vehicles.
