“This is not a review for glass service, but I wanted to let you know what great folks these are. My parents, who are both in their 70s, are traveling on a 22-day road trip in their classic '56 Chevy. It started to overheat on Thursday, and they barely made it to a hotel in Grand Junction. They started looking for help to get back on the road yesterday. The local GMC dealer was no help and referred them to a repair center called Big Willy's that apparently hasn't been in business for years. Dad was looking for it, in his car that is "his baby" and that he restored all the way from the frame up, not knowing a soul in town and with the car overheating when he happened to travel by Glass Pros Inc. It wasn't their problem, but the good folks here immediately jumped in to try to help. They called mechanics all over town and found them one who could get them in yesterday. My parents were there 30 minutes and were treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. Thank you for going out of the way to help them. The mechanic you found, Polar Bear Automotive, was able to get them back on the road, good as new, within a matter of 3.5 hours, and they only missed one stop on their planned itinerary and made it to their next hotel without having to reschedule. It wouldn't have been possible without your fantastic help.”
“Very affordable relative to other shops in the community. The final product is good but not superior. I had them fix a dent in a difficult area of reinforced steel on my vehicle’s frame. They did an excellent job making the dent disappear. However, the paint job was not the best (see pictures for details). Overall, it was a good experience and I will likely use them again. The staff were friendly, responsive, and gave me an accurate timeline of when my car would be ready for pickup.”
