Finding good RV service is close to impossible. The RV place where I bought my fifth wheel was OK for the actual sale but their service department was just horrible to deal with (slow, bad attitude, borderline incompetent, etc.). I damaged my fifth wheel underwrap (collided with my truck bed). I wasn’t going to go back to the dealer mentioned above. I got a quote from another dealer in Grand Junction. The vibe wasn’t good at all talking to their Service guys and their quote pretty high to start with. The quote from Centennial RV was more reasonable and Kevin came across as a straight up guy. I decided to go with Centennial RV and did not regret it. Kevin did was he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and for the price he quoted. While not very complicated, this repair takes some skills due the underwarp size/weight and all the cargo doors, trim, and switches to remove/reinstall. I must say they did a good job. Nice caulking job too. It looks like new now. At this point, that’s the only place in Grand Valley I feel comfortable working on my fifth wheel. That’s mostly because of Kevin managing the Service department. I may have to re-evaluate if he ends up not working there anymore. I highly recommend Centennial RV for service. I’ll give them a shot too if/when we need a new RV.

We were so impressed and satisfied with our experience at Centennial RV. Tucker helped us find the exact kind of camper we were looking for and he made the buying process so easy and stress free! He went above and beyond to give us a good deal and make sure we got a great camper that we are thrilled with. The entire team was great. We can’t recommend working with them enough! We will return to them again for any future RV needs!

I recently bought a travel trailer and had a great experience. I worked with Tucker and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. Their pricing was straightforward and had no bogus fees a lot of other stores charge. When I arrived for my appointment , everything was ready and I was in and out very quickly. The store is very efficient. I highly recommend working with Tucker and Centennial RV!

Called service department for a control board for my A/C, was told parts for my A/C are no longer available. We sell new units i was told. Me being a retired facility manager of very large factory business with massive amounts of equipment have heard this before and it usually turns out to be incorrect, so I did my own research and found many of these boards online. One I dont like being lied to and second when communicating this issue they claim it was my fault and not the lack of training of their parts counter people. Customer support and their parts counter people need more training if these types of issues are to be avoided. You point out a lie or a failure of one of their employees in hopes they can improve their business instead I get blamed for the entire issue. I would not trust this company with my business.

I'd like to thank all the staff at Centennial RV, who helped me get a replacement set of handles for the SnugTop cap on my Ford F150, on 07/01/2025. For a seemingly simple fix, this job was undertaken with a team approach, seamless in application, attempting to find keys for the original locks, testing the locks (no bueno), looking for left-right locks with the same lock number, or other keys for an alternate solution. In short great solid TEAMWORK, which is what pleases me the most. I'll certainly be back for any other needs!

My husband and I purchased our first camper here. Arb is an amazing professional sales person. They were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Every aspect of first time buying with this company was stress free and very smooth. They were not pushy like other places to buy . They all have smiles on their faces and love what they do. Thanks to Arb and all the others for helping us find the perfect camper for our family .

Update: I wanted to change my review because Amanda has gone completely above and beyond to help me out. Although frustrating with the earlier issues Centennial has been able to help me with a mechanical issue and manufacturing defect.
I initially intended to give a five-star rating based on my first experience with the service team. I dropped off my camper in November with the expectation that the heater would be fixed, which they did. However, I encountered additional issues once I hooked up my fifth wheel; the seams that had been repaired were cracked. After inspection the team decided the frame had too much flex, which led me to believe there was little hope for a resolution.
On a positive note, the representative I worked with was commendable. Amanda effectively coordinated with the manufacturer to cover the cost of the frame reinforcement, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, my concerns lie not with the front desk or customer service but with the delays and apparent shortcomings in the repair process behind closed doors.
Given that I dropped off my camper in winter, I didn’t require urgent repairs. However, when I planned an Easter trip, I found myself needing to cancel due to ongoing issues. I ultimately had to seek out my own welder to address the cracked frame. While I was initially still considering a rating of 3 to 5 stars due to the efforts of the staff, my experience has led me to change my assessment to one star.
The main issue seems to involve a lack of diligence from the technicians. After two non-refundable canceled trips and extended delays, I have been informed that management will now be involved. I have received five different timelines for completion, and the latest has been another week, which is unacceptable.
In my profession, failing to perform to standard or exhibiting laziness is not tolerated, and I expect the same accountability from service providers. I hope this review provides insight for others regarding the potential challenges one might face when seeking repairs. I just want my camper fixed and appreciate everyone considering my experience as they make their decisions.

We purchased motorhome from Centennial RV. Tucker did a awesome job! He made sure all the warranty work was done before we picked up the motorhome and explained everything about the motorhome. The service tech also did a awesome job when we went to pickup the motorhome. I highly recommend Centennial RV!

Thankful for Amanda and Tyson who helped us with an emergency problem with the coupler on our trailer. Not only did they diagnose the issue, they helped install the new part in the parking lot. We were back on the road within the hour. Grateful for the knowledge and kindness.

Unprofessional personnel. Amanda has extremely poor customer service skills and the inability to control her temperament. I had been dealing with Kevin for years now without a problem. Kevin has always been a straight up guy with me, to my disappointment, while my Rv trailer was in for winterizing services and an awning repair, I had called Amanda to let her know that our toilet seat was loose from their previous installation. She happily said she would see that this issue would be resolved but when she called me to let me know that our RV was ready for pick up, and came in to retrieve my travel trailer, I asked her about it, She denied having spoken to me about my request for stating that she “didn’t have anyone to do the repairs” and that “her guys were just too busy”. While I advised her that I had spoken to her on the phone about this, and that I was in no hurry, and I didn’t need the unit just then, she threw the work order on the table and stated “Fine! I’ll figure it out!” She was very defensive and accusational. One of her male parts personnel was there to verify this as he walked me out in an attempt to do damage control.
Kevin is out on personal leave at this time.
However, had she said, “you know, I'm a bit overwhelmed with Kevin out, let me see what I can do” it would have been different. But it wasn’t. That was almost three weeks ago, and I have still heard nothing from this dealership.

Traveling to California from Illinois. Had trailer brake issues. Jason diagnosed the fixed the issue in under an hour. We are so grateful. I would recommend Centennial RV for both sales and service. They are the most friendly and honest people!
