I've been working for Morris Monument for almost two years now and do not yet know how to run the forklift. My boss has tried to teach me, but... it hasn't gone well.David from Central Transport pulls up with a shipment of granite for our headstone creations, and I say, "Yay! You have a lift gate!" since the guys who normally unload trucks are out doing headstone installations. He's like, "Well, I do, but my pallet jack is wedged in a corner". So, then I ask, "How comfortable are you with a forklift?" David happily responds "VERY".He then proceeds to expertly and safely unload the three pallets of granite, moving around work vehicles, other stacks of granite, and engraved headstones waiting to be installed. He accomplished this feat in 10 minutes which would've taken me thrice as long, even offering tips on how to run the forklift.He was very friendly and professional. Additionally, our order arrived on time and in excellent condition. If Google had a 10 star review, he'd get all 10!

My experience with our local terminal has always been great! Knowing its pretty much a one-man show locally, he does an outstanding job, and is always very courteous and professional with all of the staff. We have never had any issues with long delivery times or damaged shipments so would definitely recommend shipping through them.

No one was there. My bumper set there for 8 days. I started searching and found that it was delivered to their warehouse 8 days prior. I waited out front until a driver showed up. I went in and found my delivery then cut it off the pallet and loaded it into my jeep. No one checked me in or out. Poor service!!!!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Our freight has been sitting on their dock for 3 weeks and they will not deliver it. The customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM- you will never get your items- AND customer service know they do not have to help you. In fact I am on the phone right now with the supervisor Rachel, who put me on hold because she doesn't want to help me. DO NOT WASTE any of your money. You will end up losing more money waiting on your items than you paid for shipping.Rachel and Jennifer in customer service: Please learn to do your jobs.

Shipment was late and it cost me an order. No solutions no updates and hid behind the slogan of we don’t guarantee when it is going to deliver. Will never use them again.

no local phone number no (valid) central customer service phone number, on hold for 20 minutes called multiple times during day. wouldn't accept my tracking number stating it was invalid
