I love coming to Cosmo Prof. They have the products I need 99% of the time. When they are out they will either order you some or if a shipment of the product is already coming, they'll contact you when its ready. Prices are reasonable. This store is for Licensed Cosmetology people and they need the best material.

I don’t care what the policy’s are in your stores…If my blow dryer broke with in 2 wks and you can’t and don’t do returns that’s ridiculous and I will never shop at your store again.Thank god for other beauty supply stores!

I’ve lived in a lot of different places and been to a lot of different beauty stores. This one is different, and I mean that in a good way! The staff is really knowledgeable, and if they don’t know something they admit it. They are friendly and helpful, something not always the case in other stores. So far I’ve been in three times, and talked with three different employees. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently one employee gave me a recommendation that (mostly) fixed my quarantine hair, and it turned out really well. Glad to have this place!
