I found a bedbug crawling live on my bed after i woke up. I took a video just to show the manager with hopes of a refund or even a partial refund. I was met with resistance and they even went as far as to deny that it was a bedbug and that i brought it in myself! I was finally told by a lady claiming to be the general manager that i can come back one week later and they would refund me part of my money. I have now been there three times only to be told that i will not be refunded! Also they have held $400 of my money hostage and wont do anything to come to a resolve in the matter. I have a video i want to attach.

This place felt very unsafe and dirty, I would absolutely never stay here again. I’m shocked it’s a 3 star hotel with so many decent reviews. It’s motel style, but the chain lock on the door would absolutely not prevent a break in, the screen on the window was broken and the window was hard to lock, there were people milling around, beer cans and cigarettes on the ground, cars on blocks in the parking lot, the smoke detector in my room was broken off the ceiling, bathroom was dirty, a burnt out lamp lightbulb, the floor was gross… overall very sketchy. The only saving grace was a clean bed/sheets and I only had to stay for 7hrs. The front desk man was friendly but didn’t really care about my experience.

Burn holes all over the bedspread and the microwave could not be plugged in, without picking it up and moving it to an area with the plug in. And the breakfast is not a hot breakfast.

The owners were nice and attentive. The rooms were outdated and smelled musty. My TV remote didn't work, the carpets were old and stained as were the curtains. Three while place just needs to be gutted and renovated.

Needed a place to rest my head. The place is a dump. Disgusting. Gross. The lobby stinks. The guy behind the counter was a complete jerk. Don’t believe me, see pics. That’s just one room.

I've stayed here multiple times. The staff is always so kind and helful!!
Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable . Couldn't be more greatful!
Nearby activities: Down town only a few blocks away
Safety: Staff on property for safety all night thank goodness
Walkability: Dining and coffee at a walkable distance
Food and drinks: Breakfast is included such a lovely bonus!!
Noteworthy details: A quiet garden in the back !

Drove 6 hours to get here just for our room to smell like actual poop, curtains were broken, bathtub was literally DISGUSTING. Bed wasn’t even made. Was also promised breakfast between 6-9 and there was only cereal and bread.
For $30 more dollars I highly recommend staying at the clarion that has a breakfast buffet, a NICE pool and hot tub as well as work out center and very friendly staff.
I would not recommend this dumpster fire of a hotel to my worst enemy. Do better.

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Ice machines were in peaces random items were thrown around the outside. Days inn should remove from their brand.

Really nice staff, really gross rooms.
The room was dirty, and there was a good bit of damage and lots of mystery stains complete with a smell.

This place is horrible! Don't stay here! The room stunk as soon as I walked in. It was dirty and disgusting..stains on the floors and bed sheets. Tiny square pillows with 2 on each bed. Nasty bathroom and tub. And the WORST breakfast! Cereal, bread, yogurt. Nothing hot. I will never stay here again. Highly recommend spending a little more and staying elsewhere!
