Looking for an electric push Golf cart waited at the store for somebody to come back there in that department. For probably 20 minutes plus poor service for a big purchase.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service.
Bought a few pants, shirts, all $90+ asked for a size got told “no” not “I’ll check, let me see” flat out no. The kid at the register was beyond unprofessional, couldn’t put the $900 of clothing in a bag nicely just scrunched it all up into balls and crammed it In, ripped the handle off the bag and gave it to me, instead of getting me a new one.
I will be taking my business elsewhere like Dillards for my clothes or TradeHome/Rei for my shoes. They have better prices and service anyways. My fault for chancing this place.

We always have a great experience at this location in Grand Junction. Lou always remembers me and my kids, Tyson is unbelievably helpful and friendly, and another manage who I don’t know the name helped me out tremendously when purchasing a black stone grill for my husband. Can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have Dicks in GJ and especially thankful for the wonderful employeees!

You would think that if you buy a $500 driver to play golf, it would come with a decent warranty I used My driver for 2 weeks came back with a crack in the back side of my driver tried showing it to the manager who was supposed to be in charge of the Golf department. He was like yeah, it's a very common problem. Amongst these drivers, we also won't be able to help you on the weekend. So, what's the plan? I need to take time off of work. Just to come in and warranty an object that I didn't even get to use for 2 weeks?!?

I went in to buy Cliff Blocks because I was near that store. Each unit was $4.19 which I never spent that much on. After leaving the store I went in the REI website. Each unit is $3.25 and I get 10% coop $$ which makes each unit $2.93. I went back in, returned the 10 units, drive 1.5 miles to REI. I saved $12!!!! And that’s how inflation is created!! Will never step in that corporation again.

(4 stars) The people were helpful and did their best. (Online ordering 1 star at best) I was there to pick up something I ordered online. Part of the order was cancelled but the money was not returned to my credit card. I would avoid the online experience at all possible costs. It's unreliable, time consuming in the event of a failure and the amount of automated communication is unacceptable.
