I wanted to recognize the sales associate Cheri Matthes in the women's dress department. My fiancée went to get a dress for our wedding reception and Cheri helped her to find her perfect dress based off what she described. This is her favorite dress now and we never would've seen it without her help this is the best money we've spent in a long time. We're leaving totally satisfied spending this money and it's all thanks to Cheri.

I want to take a moment to personally recognize a sales associate in the Mens wear / big and tall section, Trevor Blackburn. I recently had to find a suit to wear for a funeral, and Trevor helped me get the pants and shirt to fit while also accommodating my kinda slim budget. Not only that, but as I was in the middle of still processing the loss that put me in the position of needing funeral attire in the first place, he offered a kind and helping hand that was much needed.

THE DILLARD'S STORE IN GRAND JUNCTION, C0 WAS THE BEST I'VE BEEN TO LATELY!I! THE SALES GIRL WAS DRESSED PROFESSIONAL, & ABOVE ALL KNEW HER DEPARTMENT WELL. PROFESSIONAL & TOP NOTCH.
THE WOMEN'S DEPARTMENT HAD A LARGE VARIETY & BEAUTIFUL SELECTION OF WOMEN'S CLOTHING. THE CLOTHES ON SALE WERE EXCELLENT & A REAL SALE (FOR A CHANGE).
THE ENTIRE STORE WAS FULLY STOCKED, ORIGINAL, GREAT QUALITY & VERY WELL WORTH MY TRIP, AS I LIVE ALMOST 5 HOURS AWAY. AS YOU MIGHT KNOW I STOCKED UP & WAS A SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

We were shopping the women’s junior section and then the sunglasses when the security guard was basic on top of us, for shopping. We were not stealing or attempting to steal things. We went to the sunglasses and that is when we heard an announcement to where we were with security following us still. Two extremely rude women came up on their high horses talking down to us for asking the size of the frames we were interested in. Horrible customer service and tone. I will never be back.

My son had to be measured for a suite that we didn't buy at Dillard's the guy at this store were very nice and the measurements turned out perfectly.

I have had two experiences shopping at Dillard and two great experiences. The first was last summer 2023. I needed new clothes for office work. I was in the store for maybe 3 or 4 hours and walked away with enough summer clothes so that I didn’t look like I was headed out for a MTB ride while at work. I specifically worked with two women who were great.My second time back in was in April 2024. One of the women who had helped me get fitted for a bra was there. Kaz. Again, she was fantastic.If you need a bra fitting, Kaz is the woman. She helped me find a bra to my specifications and the correct size (which I never would have thought was my size). I wear these bras everyday and don’t notice them at all.Kaz is an important and valuable employee to this store. Share this post with her. Tell her yourself. Give her a raise!

I got a prom dress this year and I was going to take pictures with my friends and we have the same dress. When I went to Dillards they said that they won’t allow multiple same dress at the same high school. So why did this happen??? But I love the dress and great quality it’s just upsetting that happened.

All of the things were very nice and I loved all of it except for the fact that one of the employees named Amanda, was pointing her phone at us and told us “I overheard you guys saying you were going to take pictures with the dresses on and take pictures, just so you know the dresses are very expensive” we though this was kind of uncalled for and she kept giving us looks. I hope this is understanding.
