Wonderful experience here! Such caring and knowledgeable staff, willing to go above and beyond. My glasses had broken, and they fixed them for me to stabilize overnight, and by the next day I had a new beautiful pair. Thank you! Would recommend!

I had emergency situation since my glasses were lost in a hail storm there and had to get back to Colorado Springs. Everything worked out so I could leave on time. Really appreciated there help!

Angel was not friendly nor engaging. The sign on your door says you accept Eye Med insurance but we were told the plan we have is out of network! The cost was ridiculous to just replace lenses in the current frames I had. We went elsewhere and received a reasonable price. My husband liked the frames you had but again the cost for lenses was over priced.
Follow up. I did as the owner asked me to do and emailed the help desk. They were no help and didn't read what I wrote completely. They offered me no help and I didn't appreciate the tone of the response.

Very polite, friendly and professional. Only waited a day for the eye exam, then got my glasses made within 30 minutes of leaving the store, very prompt and amazing work!
