First night here for thirty days. Laundry right next to our room. 10:30 p.m. and there is no way to get sleep with the loud laundry machine going! Super disappointed!

Consider yourself warned. Do not stay here unless you are fully decked out in a hazmat suit. I am not joking. Please keep reading. We had reserved a one bedroom suite. The room was average and somewhat dated. That could be overlooked. Except, when the room is a horror show. The fun soon began. My oldest son pulled out the sofa bed to only find a miniature crime scene. It was clear a woman had her menstrual cycle. The sheets, bedding and mattress were soiled. I hope the woman was ok. She may have needed a blood transfusion. Nevertheless, it was an impromptu lesson on biology for my youngest two children. Thanks Marriott! The bedding should have been changed; which is a “duh” moment. They switched rooms for us. The next room was even worse. There was a thick white substance on the wall of the shower. Once again, lesson #2 on biology for the two youngest children. Finally, and not the least, my kids found bed bugs in the bed. We took pictures. There is no need to share them on the site. Ok. I will share one. Suffice it to say we packed up and immediately left this heck hole, and hopefully the crime scene unit will come clean it up. Do better Marriott. Until then you lost a frequent customer whom travels extensively with his family.

The room was nice. Only a shower, no tub to bath in. And they do charge for parking. They give you a parking permit so you are not towed, but it is $11 per vehicle. Park and walk if you can. That was a little surprise I got. And I'm always told to book with the hotel because the travel sites cost more, but I got one room for one night so my elderly mom could watch the parade of lights and stay warm and it was $260! The guy on the phone quoted me$180. So, I'm not really happy, but my mom stayed warm and got to see the parade.

I stayed there from December 5th thru the 6th and wanted to say thank you very much to the night auditor who waited so patiently for me to arrive. Once I arrived she was very courteous and helpful regarding my stay and my travels ahead. Also want to thank the two front desk agents who were very polite and helpful as well. So glad I chose Fairfield Inn to stop, relax, and get some sleep for my travels ahead.

We have stayed at a lot of Marriotts over the years, this was by far one of the worst. The reception area was unorganized and the young people working the desk were not friendly. The room was the worst part. There were about 4 large floor areas, from the end of the bed to just before the entry to the bathroom, these areas were soaking wet with what I presume was dog urine. It's an awful feeling to be exhausted from driving, you pay $150 to $200 for what you think is a clean room, and you take your shoes off and walk in dog urine ?, not in one spot but 4 separate areas.Marriott has never been a hotel where I worried about receiving a clean room, until now.I dislike leaving a bad review but this was beyond disgusting.

Last week we checked in as bonvoy platinum, were given a 4th floor room that we thought would be quiet so we could get some needed rest, and discovered as the evening went on that the front desk put a group of minors on the floor in various rooms. I don't know if there was any supervision, but these inconsiderate guests ruined our stay as yelling, door slamming, and hall traffic went to 3am. The hotel has paper walls and no sound control. I called the front desk and asked for security to come to 4th floor and speak to them. We concluded they probably don't have dedicated security and probably share patrol with the other hotels next door. Then the cap on the stay was going down for breakfast, grabbing some food, sitting down, and having a man and wife come into the dining/serving area with their dog. Not a small one, an adult golden retriever. This is illegal under Colorado law. Dogs are only allowed in food establishments on outdoor patios that are health department approved. Then they proceeded to feed it from their plates while it chomped away under the table. I love dogs but have no use for people that disrespect others (and the law.) No one in the hotel said anything to these people, and we couldn't get away from that place fast enough.
