Please, for the love of God, do not get your insurance, home or auto, from farmers, if I could go back and never deal with these people, I would. Fickle communication, issues with paying them- made it complicated to pay, cancelled us, then continued to bill for 6 months even though we decided not to pay and switch companies, sent to collections for $656 when our last official communication with them we owed $199...they won't backdate to time of cancelation ,talked to 9 different representatives all to end up talking to a supervisor who talked over me, got me worked up and ultimately hung up on me...
