Dealing with this insurance company has been nothing but frustrating. Their policies are incredibly vague and unclear. Good luck trying to get a straight answer on what’s actually covered. On top of that, they seem to add random fees whenever they feel like it, with no explanation or justification. When I asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance. Apparently, once they have your money, it’s gone for good—regardless of whether or not you received the service you paid for. The front desk staff (Marisol), are unfortunately not very knowledgeable. Every time I asked a question, I was told, “I’m not sure, let me ask someone,” and then never got a follow-up. It’s clear they’re not trained to handle even basic inquiries. To top it all off, the policies themselves are overpriced and offer almost no actual coverage. You’re basically paying a premium for a piece of paper that won’t help you when you actually need it.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Look elsewhere.

I've been a Farmers Insurance customer for a very long time. Never have I been so impressed with an agent as I was when meeting and reviewing my Farmers policies with Silvia. I feel confident going forward with Silvia that I will be well taken care of for any of my insurance needs.

I am a customer here. I had previously been in an accident three weeks ago I had filed a claim with the company at fault. Frustrating to say the least. Anyways I contacted silvia and her team and the insurance company at fault was in contact with me within a couple hours idk what they did but my 4runner is scheduled for repairs in a couple days. Thanks Farmers insurance

Loved the insurance side of it, found out she doesn’t properly run her business. Doesn’t pay her employees minimum wage, does give proper paycheck stubs, retaliates against her employees when they confront her. This business should be shut down. Not sure how farmers insurance franchise corporation lets her do business this way.

Silvia has been our agent for years and I got to say she is amazing, we have various policies with her. My husband had a motorcycle accident and helped us so much. I love how she is always available to help. I recommend her 100% no doubt.
