Normally I'm pretty satisfied with FedEx's service- they deliver earlier than UPS and I've never had need for complaints until today. I have security footage of the delivery driver chucking my box about 4 feet. Mind you, it was only dog food, but I should hope that they'd take better care when handling my packages.

They had a wrong address for me, kept calling my sister in law, and then shipped it back.
