Got an oil change and they destroyed the oil plug gasket. Car has been leaking oil for 2 weeks now. Wouldn't recommend taking my car here.

I will preface this by saying that this is the only time I have had anything negative happen with this shop, but they asked for my review so I’m giving it. They changed the oil in my F-150 and did not clean out the pan afterwards. After seeing a bunch of oil drips on my garage floor I found an oily rag hanging out of the pan. The dripping eventually stopped, as did the burning oil smell after about 500 miles. I did go back to make sure I didn’t have an actual leak and they let me know that this sometimes happens. They didn’t actually check my truck. They probably didn’t have too. I will go back but I will also make sure they clean up this time.

Service of a Honda Civic Sport, plus tire rotation. One day after the service, the skid plate under the engine fell down on the interstate creating damage and a real problem getting it to someplace we could repair it temporarily
Apparently the technician who did the service did not secure the plate correctly.
We will note this on the next appointment

New weather grip tires and alignment, Jeff and Rick gave me a great deal and helped me open a Firestone MC account to save even more money. As always I'm very pleased with the excellent service and care we receive everytime we bring our vehicles in.

I would highly recommend this shop. I took a rental car with very little notice and they were able to fix everything quickly and get me back on the road. The customer service was exceptional. Specific shout out to Rayne, he handled all of my last minute requests professionally.

I took my truck to Firestone thinking the noise I was hearing was due to my brakes. They took me right in, inspected my brakes, found it was another issue. Did not charge me a penny. Treated me with respect and fairness. If I could give 100 Stars I would. Thank You for your kindness, professionalism and honesty.

Without going into too much detail just would like to mention that this place has a ton of integrity and I would not hesitate to use them again for tires and/or any repair service needed ..special shout out to Jeff there..(the manager on New Years Eve 2024)

I gave high scores because all the staff at my local Firestone in Grand Junction, CO are amazing!! I have always had great experiences at this location. The guys at the counter are so helpful and kind, which is a hard quality to find now in days. They offer suggestions and are never pushy. I trust their judgement regarding my vehicle. I've been a Firestone customer for roughly 15 years. You are greeted when you come in the door with a smile and a simple hello. Love that! I highly recommend Firestone.

I went in with issues getting my car to start, and testing at home showed that the battery was not holding charge completely, so I made an appointment to have it checked or replaced. They replaced my battery, but my car still had trouble starting, and when I went back they said they had not done any diagnostics and had just replaced the battery because that's what my online appointment requested, and that I would need to make an appointment for the end of the week or leave the car for several days if I wanted it fixed. The salesperson seemed annoyed that I had come back wanting something done to address this.
I am now out $250 for an issue I now think is being caused by the key fob, not the battery. I will not be using Firestone services again.

Rick was awesome and worked me in with my new car in desperate need of new tires before the snow started flying. While there, the staff were all working their butt's off with a jam-packed schedule and genuinely nice and accommodating to all customers. We had to make the long haul from Crested Butte to them where Carvana covered the tires and had to bring our one dog who couldn't be trusted home alone that long. I was expecting to wait the 3 and a 1/2 hours outside, but it turns out they are dog friendly to!!! Highly recommend 👌 👍
