Staff is always friendly and understanding. We got the subscription so we can get really cool things fast. I always feel welcomed in even if I was not top tier for the day. My husband always goes in with me and never wants to leave!

They try their best to get you out the door but usually short staffed and waiting is something that happens every visit.
