Would have been nice if they told me about their new return policy before I bought their product. Tried to return product that didn't work for me, even tried to return it in it's original packaging with receipt. Short, chubby, long blonde hair male told me that he wasn't able to grant me my return because it has to have a defect. What really made me upset is that fact that he didn't even make eye contact with me while he was saying it. It's the little things and a form of respect that matter to me. He couldn't even do one of those. I will never step foot/spend another dollar in gamestop again. From here on out everything game related will be bought on Amazon.

Spent $50 on a steam gift card. Spent over an hour trying to get it to work to no avail. Took it back to game stop with the receipt 7 days after purchase and Gamestop says they won't exchange it because of high fraud issues. Checked steam's website and they say return to retailer. So, after two trips to the store and half an hour with the credit card company, I got my $50 back. The lady at gamestop was very nice, but the policy/system Gamestop has with gift cards makes me unlikely to utilize their services ever again. I'll get digital gift cards from now on.

Came down here to get a game that they said was in stock online. Showed up to find out it wasn’t. Asked for the price on used Xbox one controllers and he stated they are 40$+. This store is trash I won’t shop here again

Absolute worst GameStop I have been to, employs act like corporate drones who can't even give you a code for a product a DAY after you buy the selected product, I will never be shopping here again.

Selection can be a little bland, but you find some goodies once in a while in the used section. The employees are always happy to answer my questions about what's in stock, what's being reprinted, and what's going on in gaming. I wouldn't necessarily trust them over the phone however, I've made a long drive for nothing on one occasion.

The sales people know what their doing, and even when understaffed, they take care of each patron with respect, attention, professionalism. Very good staff!

Gamestops getting gready, use to be able to use military discount on everything sold. Now they don't offer it on new consoles. This is why people shop online.
